I've avoid this eye lash curler mainly because the handle was purple , not an Ulta thing - just a mark of Tarte. Anyways, Jillian sold me, the grip, the pressure, came with a sample size free Mascara. Sold. Purchased it, got a free mascara to give to the sister to an event tonight, and lashes stayed all night. When I arrived, I gave the pharmacy tech my ID and vaccine card. She left with them for about 45 seconds & told me it would be about 15 minutes. (No problem). I asked if I needed to sign anything additional. She said they would do that when the vaccine is given. As I was waiting, it got quite busy. After 45 minutes, I went up and asked how much longer I should expect. The SAME pharmacy tech, again asked for my ID and my vaccine. I handed them to her again, reminding her that she had already taken them. She asked me standard questions (the same questions I had filled out online) & handed me a clipboard, that also had those same questions again. After filling out the same form that I had already filled out online, I waited another 10 minutes. I was called up to the window, only to be told that since I had had immunizations recently, I was unable to get the covid vaccine today. NOTHING on the website mentions anything about that, besides the line that says that they can also give other immunizations, along with the covid vaccine. No apology from the pharmacy tech acknowledging that she just made me wait an hour because she didn't communicate that I was there for my 3pm appointment. If I had been given the form the first time I went to the window (obviously they don't look at or use the online forms), I hopefully would have found out way sooner that I would not be getting the vaccine and not wasted even more of my time. Overall, a disappointing and frustrating experience. This location is within a 60 second drive from my work. I will NEVER visit this location for any products or services. Totally disappointed.

Photos of this type of procedure were never shared beforehand, and I ended up with a ghastly scar which is partially hidden by a change in hair style, The greatest disappointment is learning after the fact that another surgical procedure known as flap surgery would have eliminated the graft and resultant facial scar. I confronted the doctor who responded with a lame excuse. Not only would I vehemently NOT recommend this physician, I would do my best to convince anyone considering plastic surgery to avoid this Muskegon practice.

I wasted $10,000 with him and it will cost me $16,000 to attempt and get the necessary repair work done. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to start with. I sure wish I had.
