Pharmacist excuse was she was training someone and instead of taking the time to help let the poor girl struggle for over 30 minutes. We were literally the only customers in the store so she had plenty of time to help. They got an error message from my insurance, told me to call my insurance. Fortunately the number is on the back of my card. Hours later *after* my providers office has closed they call back and tell me they were unable to resolve the issue and had been told they didn't have permission to know what was wrong. I call my provider and leave a message and *the next day* a different pharmacy has it ready for me billed to my insurance no problem. Fast forward a few days. Different medication, same error. Meijer claims my insurance is at fault. Is not pleased when I point out that if another pharmacy isn't getting that error the problem isn't my insurance, it's *Meijers*. I call my provider again, once more it's filled by a different pharmacy a day later with *no* error message from my insurance company. Conclusion: Meijer pharmacy is flat out incompetent.

The pharmacy is always out of my medications. Now, these aren't medications that I routinely take…read more(or else I would have switched pharmacies long long ago) but they never have my pain medicine. These are common meds, nothing crazy...just Norco and Methadone but they only order them once a week, leaving the patient/person who is already in excruciating pain to contact the provider to get a new Rx sent to a different pharmacy and hope that they have a supply.

While I understand the importance of ADA compliance, the new parking lot configuration has crossed the line from accessibility to total operational dysfunction. ​Since the remodel, the first five rows near the entrances have been converted entirely into over 50 disabled parking spots. This has created an "ADA Wall" where the "average" shopper--even those with minor mobility issues--is now forced to walk across nearly the entire lot before they even reach the door. I am a disabled individual myself, but I choose to use standard parking spaces to ensure there is a fair opportunity for everyone. However, Walmart has now institutionalized a system where the largest customer segment is "treated less than" and pushed to the furthest periphery of the property. ​On my recent visits, I have observed that a massive portion of these 50+ reserved spots remains vacant even during peak shopping hours, while elderly patrons and those with limited mobility (but no placard) are forced to navigate dangerous distances in Michigan winter conditions. This is especially cruel considering the new, harder concrete floors inside the store, which make the physical toll of shopping here even worse for those forced into the longest walk from their cars. ​I have been a loyal shopper here for years, but this layout is a "loyalty killer." If Walmart truly wants to be the "heartbeat of the community," it needs to reconsider this extreme allocation of space and find a more equitable dispersal that doesn't alienate the very customers who walk through your doors. I called the Henry Street location for the auto center to have my oil changed. Months ago They did…read morenot inform me that they didn't carry for my filter for my Chevy spark when I got there I waited 45 minutes to be told that they canceled my appointment because they didn't carry my filter. so I make a new appointment for another because I have to go get the filter.I think that should've been communicated when I made the appointment then now let's fast forward because it's time for another oil change. I make the appointment again at the Henry Street location. I ask them while on the phone if they have my filter I was put on hold came back told me that they do have my filter so I go there on the 8/24/2026 for my appointment at 5:30pm I do some shopping. I come back a half hour later to be told that they can't do it because they don't have my filter after already being told on the phone that they did have the filter for my car. Just a waste a time.
