The white leather tops were scuffed a little and needed a little tlc in addition to the heel repair. When I got them back, they were pristine and looked almost as good as new! Honestly the store completely surprised me as Im used to seeing these type of stores only in very large cities, but these guys knew what they were doing. I talked with the guys working there and they were very informed and knowledgeable and answered all my questions even though it was a madhouse due to the amount of people in town for the celebration.
