I had tried to purchase boots on someone else's online store and had a bad experience. I then ordered different boots on the Wolverine website and had a great experience, and the price was right. While the boots that I received rubbed a part of my foot wrong, I needed to return them. Wolverine had no problem, provided a free return, and refunded my money promptly.
