Footings and Foundation were set 2ft to low which effected septic system design and install. Had to pay for septic design to be redone to offset foundation height which included gray water pump. Basement floor cracked in multiple locations within 30 days of being poured. Foundation has multiple hairline cracks in all walls and corners. Final site work including loam was done in hurry up mode. Have large rocks everywhere with final loam thicknesses varying from one inch to 3 inches. Couldn't follow schedule, had to wait or postpone other portions of project. Since final payment, can't get any response about concrete floor or wall issues. Very unprofessional

Getting a new Leach Field dug is not a picnic. If you are like me, you have no idea what getting a…read morenew one entails. The last thing that you need is someone who is disingenuous, advantageous or doesn't have your best interests in mind. Andy Roy was recommended to me by one of NH's best Septic Pumping companies. They told me that the work he did was at the best level and that he knew what he was doing. After consulting three companies (one of whom wouldn't even give me an upfront quote) I went with AJ Roy. Only time will tell what kind of leach field he dug, but based on the previous recommendation, I am at ease. What I do know is this: 1. He took care of the design and submitted all the forms for me 2. He used premium materials for a long lasting leach field 3. He was Courteous, on time, and communicated with me at all phases of the project 4. He did things above and beyond what was needed - like moving a heavy shed, enlarging my yard and planting seed for me. 5. He was assuring and friendly to a family that had to spend a LOT of money on something that they would rather not. I don't do many of these recommendations, but I feel compelled to do so because of the way this company treated me.
