Ben was easy to talk to, personable and spent extra time to make sure everything was done right. You can tell he really care about his customers and has a vast knowledge of his craft. He takes pride in his work. I have already sent his info to my friends and family. Everyone needs an honest, professional and reliable person to call if they need help with something in their home. We have always had a problem with excessive mud across the back side of our yard. Craig and his team were able to push back the yard, find the natural springs that were causing the issue and then create the swale to drain the water properly out of the yard. Not only do I now have a dry backyard but I have an amazing amount of new yard space! The work that they did has almost doubled the size of usable space in my backyard! Craig and his crew were professional through the entire experience, showed up on time and when they said they would be here. The job took a little longer than expected and there were a few hiccups along the way but Craig was continually accommodating and fair. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I was going to be completely satisfied with the end result. I am very picky and I am not an easy customer but Craig handled everything with grace, patience and professionalism. All added costs were discussed and agreed upon in advance. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Craig did not just do the minimum but went above and beyond.. He even built a beautiful rock wall from some of the larger boulders that were unlodged so i now have a beautiful feature in my backyard!
