This family auto shop is outstanding. They are as honest as the day is long. If I ever have something that needs to be done on one of my cars, this is my go to place. Because they are so awesome. Sometimes it's not possible to get a same-day appointment. Most of the time I've had to wait a day or two. But it's always worth the wait because I know what's being repaired is being done correctly and at a fair price. If you were in the Norco area, this is the place that you want to take your car in the unfortunate event that you need a repair. read more

I'm writing this review for my mom, Stella, who had a wonderful experience here with the staff at Young's auto care center. She's older and her English isn't the best and they were super patient and kind with explaining the issues with her car. After the work was done, she received a follow up text message a day or two later from them checking in to make sure everything was okay. The pricing was also reasonable. She found this place randomly and has been telling the whole family to come here in the future. Would highly recommend this business! read more

We have found family automotive mechanic ! Helpful, reasonably priced and communicate! read more

Decided to bring my truck here after reading their reviews. They worked on my truck for about a week and were able to fix my evap issue. They're very communicative and always kept me informed on what needed to be done. They had even done a general inspection and advised me of other issues my truck had and should consider getting fixed/replaced. The only issue i had was when i picked up my truck. The spare tire was removed from underneath using my tools and they didn't bother putting anything back before i picked it up. The spare tire and tools were just thrown in the back cargo area. Also, they removed the protective panel that covers the fuel filler hose and did not put that back on. Now i have an exposed fuel filler hoses in the rear wheel well. I have to now go buy fasteners to reattach the plastic panel because it seems those were lost or broken. read more

Paul is The Brilliant SEXY owner & he was able to get my car in right away & honestly told me all that was goin on good & bad & what needed fixed asap & what could wait. Chastity is their beautiful office Manager also very smart with knowing about all vehicles. They answer any questions & they are 100% honest in their answers. Very personable, family owned business. I make the 25mile drive for their service I don't trust any other. DEFINITELY & HIGHLY recommend Paul, Chastity & Brian & the entire crew to be the ones to take care of any vehicle. read more

Quality work with exceptional service... Honest people... completely satisfied and beyond

I wish I could say more about Young's Auto Care. I know as much about car repair as I do speaking Swahili (meaning I don't). Its always tough trying to find a mechanic that is honest, fair, and reasonable. The owner Paul said his is son, Brian, are beyond helpful. They were about to close for the day, but stayed open to finish my wheel alignment. Their prices are not just affordable, they really cut the competition. They made sure to check out for other things that could be wrong with my car. I never had a mechanic make sure all my needs were taken of and that I genuinely satisfied. I will definitely be coming back again. read more

If there was a six star this place would be the first to receive it. From the moment you walk in to the several processes it takes to fix your vehicle the staff are very friendly and business oriented. I came in for a breaks and rotors, I definitely can do it myself, I just couldn't do it with enough time to be ready before school. I was able to be seen and have all my rotors and brakes fixed and replaced with time to get to class. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, and tactful. I use the word tactful because most of my experiences with mechanics, the mechanics try to upsell a lot of things that you didn't come in to take care of at that moment. That was not the case with this shop, they told me about some things that I might need to fix later, and let me know my vehicle was safer than it was when it came in. I will definitely be returning, and I found my neighborhood mechanic. Chasity you're amazing mechanics, you'll rock read more

Young's Auto Care Center - Chris is Awesome! - Auto Repair Near Me - Norco, California

I can't recommend these guys any more strongly. They were fantastic not only as mechanics but their customer care is off the charts. They took a car (my son's) that I wasn't too confident in with a massive oil leak and only giving me a quick review and letting me know that they just weren't sure if that was the only problem gave me a quote... they took their time and did the job right (and it wasn't a simple one) and kept me informed all the way. Great service, great prices (didn't try to up sell, but did inform me as to other things they recommended that I look at and prioritized it for me) We will be back!!!! read more

This place is awesome!!! Very helpful through my entire repair process. After being to 5 different mechanics, including 2 different dealers beforehand, THIS IS THE PLACE THAT KNEW HOW TO HELP. I've never been more happy. read more

5 stars ... and add 5 more !! Hands down the best mechanical service shop in the I.E PAUL YOUNG is dedicated to world class customer service and exceptional quality in everything he does. I've been using his services for over 8years and wouldn't trust my vehicles to anyone else. read more

This place is a joke! They tout themselves on great Customer Service however they are far from it. The office clerk Chadity is very rude and never returns my phone calls in a timely manner. So when I need to go in and get updates on my truck, she is always on her phone using Facebook. So unprofessional! I will never bring my vehicle back here. There are plenty of other high-quality places out there, this is NOT one of them. Save yourself the headache. read more

This family owned shop has taken such good care of me and my cars that they have made me loyal customer. Their honesty, awesome customer service (they text me to make sure my car is running well after they've worked on it) and fair prices, make me feel comfortable getting work done and not nickle and dimed for services I'm not sure I really need. I recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of anything for their car. Thank you Paul! read more

I cannot say enough about the service and quality workmanship that Paul Young's Auto Care has provided me and my family. I have been taking all my cars to Paul & Brian and referring all my friends to them for over a year now and have absolute zero complaints. The best shop I've ever used. Have taken everything from full motor rebuilds to standard services to electrical issues to Paul and he's done it all perfectly and at a fair price. Could not ask for a more honest mechanic. Would recommend Young's Auto Care to everyone 100% of the time. read more

I recently had engine replaced here and I have to say the level of customer service is not what I'm used to. Good communication throughout the process along with staying within original estimate. Paul and his sons have many years of experience. The thing is these days it's hard to find quality service at a fair price in the automotive industry. I've given 5 stars but they deserve more. I've been bringing several of my vehicles in for repair here for over a year now, and have to say that my experience has been nothing short of fantastic! Paul and crew are friendly and work with you to provide the best service possible. In a field where there is a lot of corruption from facility-to-facility in this area, Young's stands above the crowd as an honest business that tells you like it is. read more

I finally found an honest mechanic, who takes there time and does it right the first time. They treat you like family here, they are honest and you can't beat the price for the quality of work. They keep you informed and up to date on the progress of your car and they won't do any added repairs without discussing the problem and letting you know what it would cost. My Toyota is running great and I will be calling soon to get my Nissan fixed. read more
