Overall customer Service is excellent from time of check-in to the time of checkout. Competitive pricing they do mail coupons and it definitely helps! They do not overcharge and they do an excellent job on oil changes every time. They also replaced air filters. They'll be flushing the coolant and transmission fluid change next time. This post is referring to Ryan from Jiffy Lube and Gerardo from Mountain View, I will post review for both businesses. First of all, HUGE thank you to Ryan. Without throwing a certain Eastvale car shop under the buss, Ryan essentially saved me from a potentially dangerous situation and who knows, could have saved my life because of the negligence of the previous shop I went to. I got all of my tires changed 2 months ago, I took one long road trip 3 hours one way, 2 hours on the way back. On the way back my car started making a tapping noise. My dad inspected, noticed a bolt missing from one of my tires, and I took it in to the original shop that day (yesterday). The shop claimed to check all my tires and replaced bolt, claiming everything was fine. Nope, still heard the sound next day. So I called original shop, main guy was busy, while waiting for call back I decided what the heck and called Jiffy Lube as I was near by. Ryan answered the call, I explained the situation, and my mistake as i am not good with car stuff he said "well, we're mainly for oil changes but how far are you? Come by I'll check it out". First off, he did not even have to do that so thank you Ryan for being kind and offering to look right off the bat. He was super helpful and friendly from the jump. Immediately, after listening to the sound and taking a quick look at the tire, he saw that 2 of the lug nuts on the tire they 'fixed' were stripped and damaged. The bolts weren't holding. My rim was loose. Essentially, if this guy never checked and if I had gone back to the original shop, who knows if they would have tried to cover it up and my tire eventually fell off?? Huuuuge safety hazard! Did they even really check? Why didn't they tell me my lug nuts were stripped on a tire they 'fixed/checked' yesterday? IN ADDITIONNN, the original shop claimed they rechecked all my tires. Tell me why this time one the guys noticed that on a DIFFERENT tire, there was a bolt the wrong size. Essentially, if I got a flat tire, my wrench would not be able to take that bolt off or on because of the size difference, aka i would have been screwed. So, did the original shop reaaaallly check all the tires? The original shop was incredibly negligent and I will do my part in making sure they know that. Ryan spotted the problem, was incredibly helpful the entire way, walked me over to Mountain View where Gerardo took over and helped me out. Gerardo ACTUALLY checked all my tires, fixed my lug nuts, gave me the proper bolt, and even mentioned the status of my break pads, etc. I truly felt taken care of. Upon explaining that to my parents, my mom said, "like they were taking care of their sister" and honestly, yeah. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage or sell me services, they truly were taking care of my situation, on the spot. Something the original shop failed to do, twice. Gerardo took care of me at Mountain View and because of his help I felt like I left the shop in a safe car finally. Honestly, if Ryan would not have said "how far are you? I'll check it out" who knows, the original shop could have continued to be negligent and cover up and eventually I would have been on the road with a tire flying off at 70mph or stranded with no way to change a tire. Shoot, you potentially saved my life Ryan haha. Ryan from Jiffy Lube and Gerardo from Mountain View, I cannot thank you both enough for your kindness and helpfulness. I'm not at all good with car stuff and i wish there was some way i could express my appreciation and gratitude more than this puny review because you both deserve more credit than this. I urge anyone who wishes to do business with this location to go online and get a written estimate before visiting. I promise you they will not honor it, even though they are required by California law to do so. It would be great if the community could come together and make them honor the law and ethical business practices. The Jiffy Lube website allows you to create an online written estimate for your specific vehicle and this franchise location. You then submit the estimate to the franchise and is to be ready and waiting for you upon arrival. When I arrived, the tech told me the price was $60 more than the written estimate. When I questioned the pricing, he declared ignorance of the estimate and stated that it is impossible to create an online estimate. I showed him the written online estimate on my phone as proof positive. He then stated the estimate he knew nothing about seconds before had quoted the incorrect oil and that my vehicle required euro oil which is more expensive. Keep in mind the written estimate is VEHICLE SPECIFIC! Are the lies as obvious as I thought?? Please continue to read. In disbelief I stated I would not pay more than the written estimate which they are required to honor by California law. He refused and told me I could go somewhere else. I then went to the Jiffy Lube location in Rancho Cucamonga which I have patronized for over 15 years. They are a great franchise with great service, and they have never overcharged me like this. I chose this Norco location only because I recently moved into the area. The Rep at Rancho gave me an estimate within a few dollars of the online written estimate (each franchise has different pricing) the Norco franchise provided. Not the inflated rip-off price. He also told me that the euro oil is available and is recommended for my vehicle but not required. The standard full synthetic oil meets the manufacturer's requirements for my vehicle. He also stated that it wouldn't matter if it didn't because the price is the same for the standard full synthetic or the euro oil. So even if I chose the euro oil the price would be the same! WTF! I then called the Norco Jiffy Lube location to make a complaint with the manager. He gave me the same story as the tech, with the exception of telling me I input the wrong information for my vehicle. I have a digital copy of the written estimate; I assure you it is accurate. When he realized his falsehoods were not going to convince me he reverted to intimidation tactics and threats. He even put on me on speaker, I could hear the shop personnel in the background responding to our conversation. He disseminated a confidential phone conversation to fellow employees and possibly the public. Totally unprofessional, unethical behavior and a violation of California privacy laws! Please reference (California Penal Code § 632:) Finally, I made a phone complaint with the Jiffy Lube corporate office which had the Norco location general manager who is also the franchise owner call me. No surprise, he had the same responses as his employees with the exception of rudeness and threats. I can say he was very polite. He also informed me that if I came down to the location, he would prove to me euro oil is mandatory for my vehicle. That is an absolute blatant falsehood. In addition, he still quoted me an inflated price. With this response I think it is obvious why his employees conduct themselves in such a fashion. I have now exhausted all avenues of remedy I can personally seek. I will now move forward with formal written complaints to the California Bureau of Automotive Repair, Jiffy Lube Corporate and the Better Business Bureau. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Miguel was extremely rude, unhelpful, and completely incompetent. I explained that we're a dealer and wanted to set up a dealer account for proper pricing. He brushed me off, told me to call the fleet department (without even giving me the number), and said it would take a day--when every other place we've set up with had us running within 10 minutes. When I tried to at least use a $35 off coupon from Jiffy Lube's own site, he said it wasn't valid unless it was an "ace location." When I asked him what that even meant, his response was literally: "I don't know." Then, after I pointed out that he was being unhelpful, he turned to his coworker and said, "Hurry up and charge so she can leave." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. To top it off, they charged $129 for a basic oil change, double what we normally pay elsewhere ($50-$80). I would strongly recommend avoiding this location, especially if you expect even a basic level of customer service. read more

I would say that for timely service, this place has always been really great, but for customer service, today was a bummer. I have been coming to this location since the 2020-2021 lockdown, at least 3 times. I've never had any major complaints because service has always been timely and the staff friendly. I pulled up to the location and was approached by someone with the nametag that said "Miguel." He asked if I had ever been there, to which I said 'yes'. He then saw my Wal-Mart sticker and said "Well, looks like you haven't" - in a passive aggressive tone. The last change I had was in fact from Wal-Mart because of an indecent I'll mention shortly. He then asked details about the car for the type of oil, and I had asked if the past info was in the system or not. He then said, "We have no record of you." With how short he was with me or with the tone being applied, you'd swear we were old rivals or something. I don't remember having any previous conversations with him, but seems like he had already made his mind up about me. Not sure if he was having a bad day or was given some pretty bad news before coming to work. Either way, didn't really justify the way he talked to me. I followed up by letting him know about the past incident where I was told that screws were missing from my skid plate. That I was told it must have been whoever did the job before, which was actually this same location. He gave me a kind of "Don't know what to tell you look" and said "We would never do that." Great. When I asked another person if the system deletes people after a while, I was told no. Later however, I was able to later find the bank statements with screen shots of my last visits to this location. Proof that I had been there before. But their system had zero info about me. After the screw incident, I thought I'd give them another chance, but life's already crazy enough to have to deal with someone else's attitude in a work setting like this. Except for this person, all past visits were wonderful. So I'm not knocking the business for that. Great location. read more

I going to Jiffy Lube because it's convenient due to its location. I've been there about 4 or 5 times and I've never had an issue with them. The wait time has varied depending on how busy they are, but overall, they are quick and efficient. The workers have always been polite and have had good customer service skills. I've never had issues with my cars and they don't try to upsell you anything or pressure you to get other services. The best part is that if you check in with Yelp, they have coupons that you can use to save a little extra. That's awesome!! There are different coupons that you can apply depending on what type of service you got. If all else fails, you can always Google and find coupons there as well. read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube and asked Jorge if they did Mobil 1 oil changes since I saw no signs saying they did. He said they did, however they did not have the Mobil 1 oil filter for my car, I told him that I have my own filter. My car was moved in to the service bay and the oil was drained. Jorge went below into the area below and came up with a plastic oil can filled with oil, as I looked around the shop I could not find one thing that said Mobil 1 on it, no signage no empty boxes or oil bottle's nothing. Being a highly suspicious person by nature, I highly doubt that the oil they put in my car was not Mobil 1 oil at all. Mobil 1 is a premier product, why would you not advertise that you proudly use this product? I have no evidence that this shop did not use Mobil 1 oil in my car, but for $109.84 I sure hope they did. I did mention my concerns to Jorge, and he did offer to let me go below, which I did not do. I will not be returning to this or any other Jiffy Lube location in the future. read more

I brought my 2017 Toyota Camry and my 2008 bmw 328i in for an oil change. I had a $15 off coupon which Alvaro applied to lower the price of the full synthetic oil on each car. It took 30 mins for each vehicle and they were 1 man short. I think this crew is an amazing team capable of running this business in a timely manner regardless if they are short on staff or busy. The customer service that they showed me was spectacular, no complaints. The facility was clean and organized. They even have a tv and freshly brewed coffee. The customers who waited in the lobby were respectful and were not on their phone talking loudly. I actually had a pleasant time while waiting for my oil change. I've come to this location 3 times and each time the service and communication gets worse. The first time everything was fine, they accepted my coupon (that's promoted on their yelp) without a fuss. Second time they said that coupon doesn't apply to my service although it's the same exact service as I got the previous time. But still gave me a "discount." 3rd time, today, they're saying the coupon expired a few days ago. Which is a blatant lie. It has today's date on it. So then the guy says the system won't accept it (based on previous services I'm assuming since they didn't attempt it with my service) and then they continue to say that it's also only certain locations. I'll probably just start going to walmart for an oil change if it seems to be a problem with their company's promotions every time I've ever come here. read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube off Hamner and fourth Street for a simple oil change on my SUV. I asked the guy MIGUEL ACEVES who serviced my SUV a simple question regarding my oil change. He got defensive and aggressive and was very confrontational with me. He threatened me and used very aggressive language towards me. Came here for an oil change today. I usually go to the one in chino hills, but this location was convenient during my lunch break. The oil change was very quick and efficient. The staff was nice. I just feel like they rushed the job and didn't do all the inspections and other services included in the oil change. My Windows were supposed to be washed, my carpet was supposed to be vacuumed, and the sticker that notifies me about my next oil change mileage was supposed to be changed to current as well. None of these appear to have been done. Very disappointed that the technicians commented that this was all done on their paperwork, but none of it was actually done. This makes me question if any of the other services were actually done and if my oil was even changed. Will not be returning to this location. read more

Honestly I will be coming to this location going forward! I have a management back ground and the service I received was exceptional! I visited Jan 25th around noon. The service was fast, the gentleman who serviced my car let me know about the specials. They topped up all the fluids but also my windshield wiper happen to break and was going to go to purchase a new one but the representative fixed or replaced it. I used to go to Mr Lube for over 30 yrs for all my cars. I am grateful I decided to try this location today! read more
