Excellent choice for a wonderful entertaining and educational experience…read more We chose The Real Food Academy to celebrate our daughter's 9th birthday this past Sunday. It was a phenomenal experience for both kids and parents. The venue is spotless, the party bites thst we pre-ordered were loved by all, and most importantly, the kids had a great time together. Chef Paulo and Chef Rey really went out of their way to make everyone feel at home, and they made the educational experience both fun & seamless. Thank you, Sebastian, Ivette & Nina

Upon arriving everything was already set up including a charcuterie board with quick bites, wines, Prosecco, and sparkling water. What I loved about this cooking class was that the chef was great at explaining things in simple and easy to understand steps. The food we needed to chop was already prepped and organized into individual bowls. We each had our own cutting board and knife. Everything was well planned, organized, and executed. We ended up making spinach empanadas, shrimp ceviche, and lomo saltado. Everything we made was delicious. The staff took care of all of the cleanup and the chef walked around filling our cups with more wine or champagne if we so desired. All in all we had an amazing night and would definitely return. If you're looking for a unique way to celebrate a special occasion, check his place out.

It was so much more than just a cooking class...it was entertaining, interactive, and genuinely educational. Chef Baba taught us authentic Italian cooking terminology and all the intricate details that truly make a meal special, from keeping chicken perfectly juicy to mastering pillowy gnocchi. The atmosphere was amazing with music, laughter, and even a hilarious Godfather scene that had everyone fully immersed in the experience. You can tell Chef Baba is passionate not only about food, but about creating memorable moments for people. Whether you're planning a date night, celebrating with friends, or just looking for something unique and fun to do, I cannot recommend this enough. We left full, happy, and already talking about coming back!

I thought we were cooking, but it turns out that we got to sit and learn how to cook! The chef does these classes in two locations; one in Fort Lauderdale, and one in Delray Beach. Today we attended the class at Bagel Twins restaurant in Delray Beach. Tonight's menu included Lobster! We started off with a delicious Lobster ravioli with a lemon wine sauce and wilted arugula. From there we had the most divine lobster bisque I've ever tasted. Chef Cooks all of this in front of you and asks for participation from the audience. He had many Sous chefs tonight! After the bisque, he made the most incredible Lobster bruschetta with a balsamic glaze on top. And to finish off the evening he served the most delicious lobster mac and cheese I have ever had in my entire life! When you take his classes, he will email you the recipes of everything he cooked that night. My friends and I had so much fun and we would definitely go back for another demonstration and meal! Such a fun and interactive evening!

The Great Gatsby took us back into the 1920's for a couple hours and we were able to enjoy delicious flavors of the decade :) The public class holds up to 12 people at a time and there was 10. It didn't feel like it was over crowded and each of us had our own space to cook as well as sitting down to eat afterwards. It came with music, a beautiful setup, and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you are a level zero or a 5 at cooking, the instructor David will make sure that everyone will be on the same page the entire time. The menu consisted of an appetizer, main entree, and dessert. We cooked and made the Royale, pesto chicken, and 24K gold chocolatier. The Royale consisted of garlic bread with the option of onions, mushrooms, and herb scents served with a side of chicken or shrimp salad. The pesto chicken included cream cheese, herb sauce, pepper, pesto along with a fried herb wine and garlic pasta. The 24k gold chocolatier had rice pudding along with chocolate mocha pudding, raspberries, and edible gold. Everything was fantastic! It was an awesome learning experience that was fun and informative. Who doesn't love to eat?! David made us feel at home while we were able to cook and get insight on how things are cooked as well as sharing our own experiences with cooking throughout the evening. I recommend doing the course and making it a fun night out! You will not be disappointed and you can thank me later ;)

Dark wood, wrought iron and a handsome bar area. Reservations are encouraged as the room is quite small. We were seated by a window and our drink orders were taken immediately. The menu although limited, has many French favorites - Escargot and French Onion soup for starters. Artesian rolls are baked on site. Duck was on the menu and I noticed Shrimp Risotto and a beef dish as well. There were a few specials the night we arrived and my friend chose the corned beef and cabbage as it was a day or so after St Patricks Day and she hadn't gotten her fill. I chose the lamb chops and i am glad i did. My three rib chops were served upon a bed of fresh veggies and her corned beef was accompanied by fresh cabbage, small roasted potatoes, cauliflower and baby carrots. Both of us enjoyed our meal completely and had no room left for dessert even though the Crème Brûlée was calling me. This is a specialty restaurant with high quality food. The prices align with this. I would return for another meal on a special occasion especially for the atmosphere and quality it provides.

I was looking forward to the price fixe 4 course offering. When I mentioned to the staff, they told us they would honor. However, the menu they offered was not the same one I'd seen. I arrived with a rather vocal, outspoken acquaintance who was not gentle about getting what she wanted. Next thing I knew, they withdrew their offer to allow us to order from the menu that had been represented online. I took note. Their new offering had one less course and a higher price. The restaurant had only a handful of customers. We were a party of 5 . The mushroom soup was flavorful, with large mushroom pieces. The petite filet au poive was cook perfectly, although quite petite. Our vocal acquaintance was not pleased and made it known. The salmon en papillote was wonderful. Dessert was large, decadent. I have to say that overall, I remember having had better here prior.

I would 100% recommend this class to anyone beginners to advanced it's such a great time. A great date night idea as well. So we started the night with some red sangria and ended with white sangria; as for the menu for the night it was tapas, seafood paella and sangria. We had octopus with chimichurri (I'm a very picky eater and I usually don't eat seafood and omg it was SPECTACULAR). We also had garlic grilled lamb chops with mint edamame hummus salad, Brussels sprout salad , chicken kabobs with potato salad, seafood paella, bacon wrapped shrimp everything was delicious. Chef David was amazing he helped us with anything we needed from how to chop onions to cutting lamb chops to cooking octopus. I was astonished after we finished cooking everything we all sat together and ate and talked it was nice like a family dinner (it was a class of about 12 of us we all cooked something different so at the end we all sat down to try everything we all made together). Almost forgot! dessert was given at the end we didn't make it but was so delicious caramel, chocolate, and coffee all mixed just look at the picture. I don't know the name of it sorry. They not only do adult classes, but kids classes, and birthday parties and private parties. Every class is different just go to their website and see what classes they are preparing each day is different. I'll post some pictures so you guys can see
