The technician returned the next day and, instead of standing by the original repair, blamed the attic's humidity and tried to squeeze another $300 out of me. After charging me nearly $600 the day before, they wanted even more money for a problem they clearly failed to fix the first time. Eventually, the technician repaired it again at no charge. Unfortunately, that "repair" was just as worthless as the first one. I also requested an itemized receipt so I could submit the repair for warranty reimbursement. They never sent it. No follow-up. No professionalism. No accountability. Now, only one week later, my AC is out AGAIN. So, to recap: * Nearly $600 spent. * AC failed within 30 minutes. * Attempted upsell for another $300. * Failed to provide the requested documentation. * AC failed again a week later. This company took my money, failed to properly diagnose or repair the issue, tried to charge me more when their repair didn't work, and then disappeared when I needed paperwork. If you enjoy wasting money, sweating, and dealing with excuses instead of solutions, then Honest Air Conditioning is the company for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and call another company.

He took the time to explain the problem in detail, what was needed to fix it, and how long the repair would take. I always knew what was happening and what to expect. What really stood out was Michael's genuine focus on customer service. He was friendly, personable, and clearly cared about keeping my family comfortable. While the repair was being completed, he even brought in portable units to help keep us cool. Michael did exactly what he said he would do and completed the work when he said it would be done. His communication, professionalism, technical knowledge, and commitment to his customers were exceptional. Great technician and an excellent representative of the company! I highly recommend this company for any HVAC service needs.

Having McCullough's comfort contract we were not charged for the visit and analysis. We did pay for labor to cut and flush the waterline and install an access coupling. His professionalism , expertise, efficiency and clear explanations were much appreciated. I'm extremely disappointed with how Main Services handled the issue with our tankless water heater…read more They replaced the water heater, but the original problem was never resolved. We were later told that the actual issue was related to our water and that we would need a water softener--not the water heater itself. I have this assessment in writing from them. When I confronted the company about the fact that we had replaced an expensive tankless water heater without solving the underlying problem, they stopped responding to my messages and failed to follow up altogether. To make matters worse, during one of their visits to inspect the water heater, a significant leak occurred from above the unit and caused damage to my flooring. Mistakes can happen, but what is most disappointing is the lack of accountability and communication afterward. I gave them multiple opportunities to respond and address the situation before writing this review. Unfortunately, once I raised concerns about the unnecessary replacement and the damage to my home, communication essentially stopped. Given the cost involved and the property damage that occurred, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, transparency, and follow-through.

Very disappointing experience with Mend Services electrical department…read more We called Mend Services because two GFCI breakers kept tripping and wanted an electrician to diagnose the problem and tell us what was actually needed. Mend told us the existing breakers were poor quality and recommended replacing all of them and upgrading the electrical panel. The proposed work was over $4,000. Because the recommendation seemed excessive for the issue we were experiencing, we called another licensed electrician for a second opinion. That electrician identified the problem, replaced the two faulty breakers, and completed the repair for $250. The problem has been resolved since then. Based on our experience, Mend recommended thousands of dollars in unnecessary work for an issue that was fixed with a simple breaker replacement. This was extremely disappointing and seriously damaged our confidence in their diagnosis and pricing. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving any major electrical work proposed by Mend Services.

The scheduled day/time came but nobody showed up. I called and they said they'd forgotten to call over the weekend telling me the part hadn't come in yet. I'd taken time off work to schedule around that appointment, so the oversight was extremely inconvenient. I asked about rescheduling and they said they'd call me back, which they never did. I tried calling for weeks and couldn't even leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full. Finally, I gave up and scheduled another company to do that work, but they can't get us in until after Christmas, which means we're unable to use our fireplace for Thanksgiving or Christmas. Also, now it seems that the money we paid for the inspection may be wasted because the new company will likely charge me to do their own inspection. I really wish Victor would return my calls and get this work scheduled before Christmas, but I cannot waste any more of my own time calling with no answer. Very disappointing.
