Suddenly, she responded to me by speaking very fast, and she told me that she doesn't have the time to talk to me or represent me and she just hung up on me! Young & Ma is a terrible terrible terrible company to work with. A few years ago, I had reached out to them to pursue an employment dispute(First contact with an employment lawyer).After reviewing the case,I was told by Tiffany that the case was not strong enough to win, which was ok by me.I figured I would have to go home and review my case or look for another lawyer, but then I got home to several messages from her partner literally hounding me for a deposit which was confusing to me since Tiffany said my case was not strong enough. After I sent through the deposit payment was the last time I heard anything from them until I had to call them to tell them that I had just received a notice from EEOC telling me that I had just lost my case. What was painful about it was I was so poor and was living off of my unemployment payments, which I made clear to them and they still insisted on that deposit, which deprived me at the time of about two weeks worth of payments that could have helped me do other things. And they never gave me my money back. I just appalled, by the wickedness of that company and I would never forgive them for that. YOU MUST NOT TAKE ADVANATAGE OF PEOPLE LIKE THAT! read more
