Nathan Pinkhasov represented me in the sale of our family's property following my father's passing…read more It was the most significant transaction we would ever have to accomplish in our lifetime and we were fortunate to come across Mr. Pinkhasov. Nathan's steadfast approach helped me cut through a lot of emotional interference and stay on track. We were introduced to him at a most critical moment while my father was still alive and he helped us navigate through all the legalities and complications that would reveal themselves in the process. Regardless of whether the challenge was expected or a surprise, Nathan was always able to respond quickly and effectively. It was also pleasure working with Christopher Grayson Esq. who began working more closely with me toward the end of this sale. Mr. Grayson helped us efficiently prioritize and finalize action items left before closing but more importantly he allowed me to vent many frustrations I would experience in the process. Two incredible lawyers in my corner! THANK YOU!

Very regretful to have worked with JCK law for our green card application. The responsiveness has…read morebeen very inconsistent and we are struggling to hear back in a responsive and efficient manner and get work done. Our repeated feedback has fallen on deaf ears and the process keeps being dragged as ball falls on our court while we are ready with all documents for submission. I imagine they are overworked or overburdened but this shouldn't happen to cases they have already decided to work on. While Sunjae was initially very responsive to our questions, once a payment was made responses haven't been timely and work on our forms had plenty missing and mistaken information on very basic aspects. We didn't receive any apologies after pointing these out and corrections and revisions take forever for them to make. Disappointed and wouldn't recommend. Making an addition here following the filing of our case. Sunjae filed the same picture as evidence for two different occasions despite our well organized folders of pictures as a couple. When I pointed the mistake out, no apologies, and coming up with suggestions as to how "we" as the couple can correct it.... I am baffled and really recommending against this company.

For the will package, I needed it quickly due to changing family circumstances, and Alla was very helpful and timely in her communication and scheduling of the signing, addressing all my concerns and questions. She was also my attorney for the sale of my childhood home after my mother passed away. It was a very stressful time and required communicating with different brokers, purchasers, the co-op board, and management company over the course of a year. She handled every call and email with great attention to detail and persisted in following up to move the process forward. At the closing, she acted as both my attorney and the co-op attorney, navigating step-by-step through packets of documents, checks, and even unexpected last minute filings with such extraordinary professionalism that it helped ease my anxiety and sadness during this life changing event and bring the transaction to a successful conclusion. I couldn't have asked for more, and I have since recommended her to two of my friends. 10/10!

She is absolutely the kindest, most honest and fair attorney I know, intelligent and thorough, and generous with her time while surprisingly NOT charging for every single 5 minute phone call or email. The way she works with opposing attorneys is non-combative with a mindset to get things done, which actually allows both sides to work together better as quickly as possible. Throughout these lengthy legal challenges, I experienced her demeanor and management of these cases opposite a number of different attorneys, and she always managed control of the conversation with the calmness and confidence of an experienced, logical, goal-oriented leader, and was always successful in the outcomes. If I could give her more stars, I absolutely would! She is THE attorney I recommend MOST highly.

I scheduled and paid for a consultation based on the representation that I would be meeting with a…read morespecific attorney. When I arrived, I was informed--without any prior notice--that the consultation would instead be conducted by a different partner. I was also told the consultation would be 15 minutes, despite previously understanding it to be 30 minutes. When I expressed that I was only interested in meeting with the attorney I originally booked the consultation with, I was then told that doing so would require paying an additional $100, raising the consultation fee from $100 to $200. At that point, due to the lack of transparency around who I was meeting with, the consultation length, and the fee structure, I felt uncomfortable proceeding and requested a refund, which was granted. This review is not about the attorneys' legal ability, but about the intake and consultation process. Switching attorneys without advance disclosure and changing terms after arrival is not a professional experience, particularly for clients dealing with sensitive family law matters. I hope the firm improves its intake communication and transparency for future clients.
