Honestly, who ever is giving her 5 stars about the great customer service, my experience was completely the opposite. I was given the worse attitude and do not agree about her caring for her clients. She is rude yet expects respect..are you kidding me.!!! "RESPECT" is earned and definitely not with this type of attitude. If I can take back the day I step in your office I will. I tried to file for a simple divorce case and talking to other lawyers, the work was simple "drama free" and its not like we were getting a favor because we paid for the services. The only thing is that I cant thank god that my divorce went through which by the way, a simple phone call to notify us was part of the service $$$$. I had to be my own lawyer and go to the courts myself to follow up on something I paid for. I was not followed up with my case and there was an excuse for everything since day one.
