Outstanding Mobile Notary Service - Professional, Reliable, and Fast!…read more I had an urgent need for a mobile notary on a Sunday to finalize a commercial lease signing in Jackson Heights, and NOTARY & FAST POA absolutely delivered. From the first point of contact, Vagan Sadoian was incredibly responsive, clear, and professional--he made sure every detail was covered and that we felt confident the signing would go smoothly. But the real hero of the day was Dante, Vagan's colleague, who showed up right on time and handled everything with calm precision and a great attitude. Given the short notice and weekend timing, I was fully expecting delays or hiccups--but Dante came through in the clutch, prepared and focused. His professionalism helped move everything along quickly and made a potentially stressful situation feel effortless. I've worked with notaries before, but this was on another level--fast, friendly, and fully reliable. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend NOTARY & FAST POA to anyone in need of mobile notary services, especially for real estate or time-sensitive matters. Thanks again to Vagan and Dante for being

Unlike other attorneys, she volunteered beneficial knowledge given her integrity and honesty. She was the one professional I felt most comfortable with as clients may not know what questions to ask to solicit the hopefully intelligent and comprehensive answers. Further, she is never arrogant or condescending even though she embraces the intricacies of the law while knowing exactly how to convey and translate the theoretically complex into practical implementation. She makes you know you are part of the decision-making process and thus creates economy of effort in the team and solution-building endeavor.

My father passed away in November 2020 and I had a bunch of documents I needed to go through. The…read moreoffice scheduled me right away to come in and figure out what needed to be done. In doing so, I also created my own Will and Power of Attorney paperwork. Mr. Connors' was understanding and offered his suggestions and what I may want to do. He never pushed anything on me that I didn't feel I needed. He walked me through the wording and offered suggestions because I have one adult son and one minor. I valued his opinion because my father knew Mr. Connors' and trusted him (my father didn't trust many people), so I felt comfortable with him. In addition, the four times I've been to the office I've had the same attorneys addressing my file. Shortly after my fathers passing, I began estate planning for my mothers assets. The office again scheduled an appointment convenient to my schedule. They advised me on what I should do based on her assets and overall well being. My mother is unable to walk, so two attorneys came to her house and were polite and on-time. They didn't rush us and explained to my mother what the paperwork was for. We created a Trust and within a few days, we received the Trust information. I gave the office 4 stars because they are sometimes a little slower at returning phone calls/emails, but I just call back or send a follow-up email and I do get a response. I see a lot of negative comments, but I know first hand the Middle Village office deserves at least the 4 Stars. Thanks for helping in my time of grief.
