In doing so, I also created my own Will and Power of Attorney paperwork. Mr. Connors' was understanding and offered his suggestions and what I may want to do. He never pushed anything on me that I didn't feel I needed. He walked me through the wording and offered suggestions because I have one adult son and one minor. I valued his opinion because my father knew Mr. Connors' and trusted him (my father didn't trust many people), so I felt comfortable with him. In addition, the four times I've been to the office I've had the same attorneys addressing my file. Shortly after my fathers passing, I began estate planning for my mothers assets. The office again scheduled an appointment convenient to my schedule. They advised me on what I should do based on her assets and overall well being. My mother is unable to walk, so two attorneys came to her house and were polite and on-time. They didn't rush us and explained to my mother what the paperwork was for. We created a Trust and within a few days, we received the Trust information. I gave the office 4 stars because they are sometimes a little slower at returning phone calls/emails, but I just call back or send a follow-up email and I do get a response.
