Last week, we received a call from Susan, stating that she was unable to get the medical records from one of the doctors and could we "make a call to the doctor " and ask for the records. REALLY? After silence for 3 months, you call and leave a message without even saying if the case is accepted and ask us to do the firm's leg work??!!!!!!! So glad we returned the call telling her exactly that and that they would be of no use to us. Unprofessional, dismissive, rude, lazy and disgusting just to name a few.
