During an incredibly difficult situation, I interviewed about 15 different law firms who all wanted my case. I easily chose Risman & Risman because Jeffrey immediately came across as honest and a true expert in his field. Now that my case is closed, I can confirm that my instinct was right. What impressed me most was that everything played out exactly as Jeffrey said it would. There were no surprises, just steady, expert guidance. Every person I interacted with at the office matched that level of kindness and knowledge. If you want a lawyer who is honest, compassionate, and knows exactly what they are doing, call Risman & Risman

Alex gave me a call just a few hours later that evening, the office sent me an engagement letter the next day, I was going over my contract with Laura later that same week. Of course I reviewed the contracts myself, however I don't know what I don't know. On our phone appointment, Laura walked me through every paragraph to make sure I understood it all correctly and made sure to add in what I needed before sending a drafted revision. By the end, I was comfortable with what we drafted and I signed the contracts. I recently worked with her again, and the process was seamless. I had a very last minute opportunity and needed the contract reviewed quickly. I actually forgot to send her a copy of the contract ahead of time and sent it in minutes before our phone appointment. She was able to look it over anyway and we continued with our phone appointment as scheduled! We had our phone appointment on a Friday and she had the drafted revision back to me on Monday. I did not expect the turnaround to be so quick, but I am grateful that it was. The initial fee was $1200 I believe (I had 1 contract and a second smaller contract). It would've been a bit less if only had the one contract to go over. The second time I was given a discount as a returning client, around $800. Worth every penny in my opinion. All of my communication with Granovsky & Sundaresh has been pleasant and efficient. I'd absolutely recommend working with Laura. She's personable, friendly, and quick to respond.

What really stood out to me at the beginning was getting a near-immediate response after I contacted her, followed by a phone call. Since things were very raw at the time, this was incredibly appreciated and made me feel heard from the start. In addition to being very empathetic, Tiffany told me the truth. I knew what to expect from the start, and she kept me in the loop as the case progressed. She asked me the right questions which provided insight into facts and issues where the law was broken that I didn't even realize. I could go on and on about how professionally the case was handled, but the most important thing is that Tiffany made me feel confident that I was right and that I was justified in my allegations. That will always be something that I'll remember about a situation that was scary and confusing. When we settled, I walked into the courtroom at peace and told my story. She was even so aware of my feelings that she calmed my nerves during the settlement conference with her witty and whip-smart personality. She helped me land on a number that was fair--and thrilled doesn't even describe the feeling that I felt when we settled. Young & Ma is superb, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

The client service David provided was outstanding. David explained the legal procedure and jargon to me very clearly through every step and was happy to answer my questions. If I emailed him, I don't think he ever took longer than 12 hours to respond, even on the weekend when I wasn't expecting a reply until Monday. His even-keeled demeanor made me feel calm and relaxed, which was very helpful as there were certainly a few anxiety-inducing moments along the way. David Gottlieb is the kind of professional who actually believes in his work and focuses on getting his clients the best outcome possible to make their situation right. I can't recommend him enough. The associate who helped David with my case, Hilary Orzick, was an absolute pleasure to work with and her affable bedside manner alleviated the unpleasantness that inevitably accompanies a lawsuit.
