I pointed out an area that I wanted it installed with the understanding they would adjust as needed once they could lay it out in the attic. On the first day I noticed a wire running across the opening for the lift which would prevent using the lift. They were able to correct that but then mounted the hardware incorrectly which prevented the lift from retracting into the opening. They blamed the motors but there was no problem with them at all. I had to remove and reinstall the mounting hardware in order to allow the lift to go all the way into the attic. I asked for some of the $3500 I paid back but was told no. I will not use their services again.

It is hard to find good reliable help nowadays and when one lady called me and asked if I could find someone to come over and fix a couple of doors in her house. So I got online and started looking. I found Handy Man Hunter and gave them a call. They went to her house and called me and said it was 85 degrees in her house. They finished the doors and started looking at her thermostat and after troubleshooting, found a weak circuit breaker but could not fix it. They called one of their friends whom is an HVAC guy and he would be out first thing in the morning.
