This summer, my air conditioner stopped working. First thing in the morning, I looked up HVAC…read moreservices nearby and picked these guys since they were open early and they were the closest. Somebody responded immediately and sent a technician in the afternoon. The tech did a thorough checkup and identified that the capacitor had gone bad. They also suggested that I replace the entire HVAC unit since it is almost 20 years old. I requested a quick fix which is to replace the capacitor. Capacitors seem to be very cheap when purchased online. They charged way more than the price, of course factoring in the time and labor involved with the analysis and replacement, it was reasonable. The tech who showed up was very knowledgeable. A few months later, in winter and a day after the first frost, my heater stopped working and I spent an entire night shivering in the cold. First thing in the morning, I requested conditioned air solutions for a technician and they sent someone within a couple of hours. The tech spent a lot of time checking the hvac system and identified the same issues as the previous tech mentioned. This technician was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently. It was apparent that my HVAC is getting old and I could no longer continue with the temporary fixes. I decided to replace the entire thing and conditioned air solutions gave me an estimate and a payment plan. After I agreed, they booked a technician within a couple of days. The entire process went smoothly and their technicians have done an awesome job with the installation. They cleaned up well afterwards. I could not be happier with the service. I suspect that their prices might be a bit higher, but from what I understood talking to their techs is that the company pays them well and treats them well. So, all is well! I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Today we got our first six month check up maintenance and the tech was Josh Sylvester. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Not only did he completely check everything to make sure it was working properly, but he also noticed that our dryer vent hose was partially plugged up and gave my husband suggestions for handling the problem himself if he didn't want to pay a technician for repairs. I love that their technicians are so competent and helpful.

Attempted to get them to come by the house and provide an estimate for more work, they set us up with a 3 hour window and we waited, and waited, and waited. It has been nearly a near since doing business with these guys. The second job they performed was…read moretotally different from the first. We had several 110 and 220 outlets installed. Out of the 4 220's, only one worked when the crew left. When we discovered the issue we called them back for repair and it was discovered that the error was inside of a box I watched one of the owners install just the day before. There was 4 foot of extra wire crammed into the outlet housing and forced shut. Since that time we have had several issues from constant sparks and breakers blowing whenever we use on of the new outlets for the first time, to poorly run metal conduit. We have not called them out since the first mishap as we do not trust them to professional fix the issues. The other electricians we have brought in since have been far more helpful and reliable. All this comes after they went nearly $1300 over budget, and completely ignored several requests we made on our first walkthrough.
