Fuller sent out a technician within a couple of hours which I appreciated. I knew what the problem was and discussed it with the Technician along with the history of my AC unit's yearly services in the past. Technician did a through job of cleaning and servicing the unit with Freon and replaced the capacitor. His work was satisfactory, BUT Fuller charged me with a total bill of $789.00. WOW !!! Pricing was a rip off. A capacitor only costs around $10 to $15 and they charged me $237.49. Even with his small labor to replace it should not have totaled that amount. The 1lb. of Freon with labor cost $477.00. !!! So I ended up with a total of close to $800.00. Beware. My advice to others who may read this review is the do as I did to explain the problem and how you have kept up previous maintenance and THEN ASK THE TECHNICIAN for a ESTIMATE of what you are looking at in cost before he does any services.
