The rental company used to be 360 Blue. They were acquired by Natural Retreats, an acquisition not so good for consumers! For the first time ever, we needed to cancel our reservation. WARNING to anyone booking a rental - the non-refundable booking fee is outrageous and obscene. It's so bad, that I will look for other rental agencies in the future and carefully check their contracts. We are still 100+ days from the intended vacation, so charging big dollar cancellation fees seems ridiculous. Beware!!

Sadly, some people ended up canceling causing the whole group to have to cancel the reservation and look elsewhere. Sadly, they will charge you a $600 cancellation fee even if it is 5 months in advance. So please be aware you are absolutely sure you can go because they will not give you that back!!
