106 seaboard ln: We had a great time at this home: it's very clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds were super comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels and extra trash bags, which were appreciated. However, there were several issues that affected our experience. When we arrived, the trash from the previous guests had not been taken out, and the smell was horrible; it hit us every time we walked outside. I contacted the property about it, but unfortunately, it was never addressed during our stay. One of the bikes had a flat tire, and there were no working bike locks (no one knew the combination). I flagged both issues to management, and they went unresolved. There was a nice fire pit with plenty of firewood, but nothing to actually light it with, which felt like a missed opportunity. There was also no house manual or instructions for anything; we had to figure things out as we went, which was inconvenient. Lastly, the house is not as close to the beach as the listing implies. You definitely need a car or a golf cart. We're an active group, and even for us, the walk (especially with beach gear) was tough due to the hills. Overall, the house itself is lovely, but the property management needs to be more action-focused, and some amenities and communication could be improved for a better guest experience. read more

Awful experience - I suggest steering clear of booking through this management company. We booked a 7 week stay that was paid in full, and were then notified that they were cancelling our stay since it was not booked for a Saturday-Saturday. They provided no other option then to re-book other houses with them of lessor quality and for them to provide a basic refund in 3-5 days. The customer support was terrible. We were likely the lucky ones for not having to go through an actual stay with this company. read more

Our family stayed at Keepin It Reel over the Christmas holiday and had such a wonderful time here! Located in Seagrove very close to Seaside and Rosemary. Easy access to beach, Eastern lake and seafood market! The house comes with a golf cart making it easy to get anywhere you need to go. The pool and hot tub really made this stay special as we were never without something to do! The home is absolutely beautiful, comfy and very spacious. Perfect for multiple families! Amazing, slept 15 of use comfortably, fully furnished, across from the pool and steps from the beach, which was amazing. We needed extra blankets and they were delivered within 25 min! I have only written two reviews both were 5 Stars... so where do I start. Upon walking into 124 Buddy Street Santa Rosa 30A Frame it was a disaster. The crisp white sofas in all photos were dingy brown with blood, food and just pure dirty. The cleaning crew obviously didn't clean anything inside the home before we arrived, keep in mind it was off season so no excuse. The dust was so heavy I had to sweep before we could enjoy. The home was pet friendly where we found a dog food bowl still with food in it on deck and poop in the back yard. We had our two springers with us, a ball went under the sofa which we covered with sheets, upon pulling sofa out to retrieve ball we found rawhide bones, half eaten peppermints and rat poop. Wait...the next morning when starting to make breakfast several cups still had coffee rings in cups and pans were just nasty. I finally made a call that morning in which they seemed concerned and offered our cleaning fee be returned. My husband and I had the main bedroom, I took my shower that evening to find out the hot water lines are crossed causing the water to go from hot to cold about every 15-20 seconds. Okay you think that should have been enough...nope...we woke up to water pouring in through a bean onto the dining table where our son had placed his guitar along with purses and games. At that time they offered to come and steam clean sofas and have inspectors to get a visual. We said absolutely not, you can come steam clean after we leave, and we sent pictures along with videos of leak. Please do your research, this isn't the company for you. They don't care about us only their proceeds. We need to hit back and not let these woke companies take advantage of hard working families who spend our hard earned money with their companies. I have been coming to 30A for 40 years and have rented through all different property management companies and this is definitely the worst. Our travel dates were in June and with all the restrictions on businesses and travel, we decided to postpone our trip. Tread very carefully when considering using Oversee for your lodging! After 4 stays with them over the past 2 years, we reached out to make a booking for this coming week (we had even mostly packed up already) to be told "unfortunately based upon your recent feedback of our company, we don't feel that we are able to meet or exceed your expectations and that is always our goal...." This felt incredibly blindsiding, disingenuous, and unprofessional! We have loved all 3 homes we have rented. We have taken the time to write positive reviews. However, the floor was filthy/feet turned black at the first one. Bikes were inoperable at two homes (we spent days trying to rectify, while on vacay). And we requested potholders at a 3rd one). These were all very basic needs. However, because we addressed them this company has now banned us. And are not even professional enough to return calls/have a conversation (for days now, will not return calls). Crystal B, in particular hides behind text in a very passive aggressive way. This company has not treated us humanely and does not stand behind the words they put out on their marketing. We feel very disheartened to have missed the opportunity to take our vacation but even more than that to have been treated with such disregard. read more

We rented the Hallsworth house for our vacation. Great location close to the beach just a short walk. The house was easy to fin and very clean. Had to contact someone I bought a small problem bud she was very helpful over the phone. I would highly recommend oversee and will likely use them when I come back to Florida for vacation. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM OVERSEE. We rented La Mer-Athan for 5 nights on 9/19/20. The house itself was as described but that's about where the good stops (only reason for the 2 stars instead of 1). The gas grill was broken and we had to cook on a cheap charcoal grill for the 3 of our 5 nights. We requested the pool to be heated the first morning we were there but it had been having issues according to the property managers that stopped by to try and get it going. After spending 5+ hours of my own time meeting property managers and pool subcontractors the pool was never heated and unable to use during our entire 5 night $3,100 trip! We were only compensated $350 for the issues while OVERSEE hide behind the fine print in their 9 page contract that stated you had to request pool heated a week before your stay. Like the saying goes, you can paint a pretty picture but you can't predict the weather. Unfortunately that was the case with the actual weather and OVERSEE. The guys who came onsite were nice, but the office staff was very good with playing on your words with a sweet voice! I would caution anyone with spending your hard earned money with a company like OVERSEE. They claim to be customer service based but only look out for their bottom line and could care less how your vacation goes. Stay away. read more

After 8 months of having a reservation for the beach house 'SeaDream' in Watercolor, FL, I was notified 20 days before arrival that the owner had asked the Oversee to cancel our reservation. 20 days before 8 moms are due to arrive at the beach. NO help was provided to find a new beach house other than a couple links off of VRBO. I have asked repeatedly to speak with a manager concerning this situation, however I have still not received a phone call. This is a VERY BAD look for a management company whether it was of their doing or not. Ironically, to date I am still able to book the SeaDream for the days which with management company canceled (Aug 26-30). They are extremely friendly, courteous and prompt to respond to any inquiries before, during, and after your visit. RENTERS BEWARE. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH OVERSEE RENTALS. We booked a house for spring break, the week of March 13-20, 2021. On February 2nd, we received a call from Oversee stating our rental agreement was being terminated. They did not have a suitable alternative for our family, and frankly did not even apologize. Given the late notice, there were no other options in the area. Spring Break was ruined for our family, including four small children and their grandparents. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I wish I had read other Yelp reviews before booking, as I now see this is a pattern with Oversee. I just tried to book a condo (Regina's Haven) through Oversee the week of June 13-20th, 2015. When I went to book it I was told the rate reflected on the vrbo listing of $155/nt was not correct. Ironically, the "correct" rate I was quoted via phone from Claire was significantly higher. She refused to honor the price that is clearly stated on the vrbo listing. She told me she didn't see the conversation going my way and proceeded to hang up on me. I would never rent from this company!!! Honor what your site says. Admit the price is incorrect, correct it so this doesn't happen to others in the future, but honor what you're falsely advertising to thousands on your vrbo listing.
