Chris & David at Destin Airport Shuttle & Taxi Service were fantastic. We called (at 11:15pm Sunday night) with very short notice to schedule a 4:30am Monday pickup from Pelican Beach Resorts to Ft. Walton/Destin Airport, and Chris scheduled our shuttle with no trouble at all. David confirmed he was on his way at 4am, and he arrived promptly at 4:30am. The shuttle was nice - clean, leather interior, and spacious. David was very pleasant to talk to and he communicated a great wealth of insight into the history of Destin, the best food, fishing opportunities, where to kayak and hike, and how to make the most of a short trip along 30A. We were sorry we met him in the final hours of our first, and short (3-day) trip to Destin, and not during our initial hours in Destin, as his insights would have made our great trip even better. Chris with Destin Airport Shuttle has set the bar for Customer Service! I needed to get my daughter from Destin Executive Airport to UWF in Pensacola after Thanksgiving. It's over an hour drive so I was concerned about finding safe and reliable transportation for her. Chris was attentive to our needs, assuring me she would be in capable hands. Her flight was changed but Chris was on top of it, texting us both throughout the morning to keep us updated. David was her driver and she couldn't have said nicer things about him. He was pleasant and kind, talkative and accommodating. He gave her bottled water, offered her a charging cable for her phone, and let her change the temperature in the Van if needed. I couldn't be more relieved to know she was so well taken care of. I would give 1,000 stars for the review if I could. If I could give this service 10 stars I would!! I have never had better car service than what Destin Airport Shuttle & Taxi provides! From the moment I contacted them to meet my parents at the airport their communication was amazing! They actually met them at the luggage carousel! This was such a load off my mind because they were taken care of so well. Chris set everything up and informed me along the way. Happ was their driver and was so kind. They used this same service on their return trip and the service was again amazing and their rates are very reasonable. What a great shuttle! Chris was fantastic. He not only was prompt and waiting for us at the airport with a sign, he carried and loaded all of our luggage (3 women, need i say more?) and gave us a detailed tour guide on the way to our condo, it was awesome! The day we were leaving we had a late flight with a 10 am checkout so Chris came and got us, took us to the harbor AND kept our luggage until he came back later to take us to the airport, WHAT? Over-the-top service! My 19yo daughter needed to get to Pensacola Airport from Miramar Beach (about 1.5hrs). I called and spoke with the owner, Chris, who attended to details I hadn't even thought of, like checking the flight status on the day of departure, texting her and me the day before to confirm, and texting her 30 minutes before to confirm pickup. He picked her up himself, was there right on time, chatted with her on the way to the airport, and texted me when he dropped her off. No reason to look anywhere else if you're needing to get somewhere in the Destin area! read more

All the staff are incredibly professional and helpful, providing a tailored experience and working with you in unique transportation needs! They even offered to hold my bags and drop me off at a beach for a while after my rental check-out before heading to the airport.
