I mistakenly texted my address to a wrong number. After 5 mins, he called to say he hadn't gotten it but my ring was turned off. He waited 5 more mins, then called AND texted to say 'still don't have your address.' It was another 8 mins before I looked at my phone & realized my ringer was off & I had 2 msgs from him. At once I texted my address and he was on his way immediately. Nicest guy & so easy to chat with.

I requested a pick-up at 5:00am, and Joe said he might be 5 or 10 minutes early. He was actually more like 15 minutes early, and texted my phone to let me know: "I'm outside. I'm early. Take your time!" He was cheerful and professional, and regaled my better half and me with local information (for example, I never knew the white sand at the Pensacola beaches were imported from up North), and made sure to point out old neighborhoods in Pensacola that I had said I remembered from a few years back. The taxi ride cost a little more than quotes from other places (it was $50 for the trip from Milton to Pensacola), but when you need to bank on someone actually arriving at your house at 5 in the morning, the peace of mind of knowing they will actually show up (and show up early, even! And with a cheery disposition!) is worth it. Count on Joe for a friendly & dependable ride to your destination. We were very pleased!
