Worst limo service ever! My sister booked them for her wedding. They arrived late to pick us up,…read moreand when they did arrive the back door was sticking and it took several tries to open it. The plastic on the side of the doors was torn up, not well maintained at all. Then the driver informed us that the back window was down and wouldn't roll back up so we would have to ride with it down. We had all paid to have hair done and rain was on the way. Then after telling him it was stifling hot he informed us that the AC was not good back there so he rolled down the window separating the back to the front and turned on a little fan. After complaining, he said that we were going to switch cars. We pulled into a parking lot, assuming that we were there to switch to a different car, but instead were there to meet a window repair man. He took the entire door off and fixed the window WHILE WE WERE IN THE CAR, SUPPOSED TO BE DRIVING TO THE WEDDING! Once it was fixed, we went on to the wedding location and the second car didn't show up until just minutes before we had to get out for the wedding. My sister reached out to Sheridan and he was very kind and apologetic, until she asked for a refund or at least a partial refund due to us not getting the services we paid for. After that he ignored all of her calls and messages and she hasn't been able to get in touch with him since! Our experience was not any better than if we had just gotten an Uber!

Shows up late and the so called limo looks like it just came out the junk yard. And the inside is…read moreeven worst, has a musty smell that at first we thought it was the driver but after about 20 mins in the limo we came to realize it might have been the limo that had that smell. One experience I wouldn't even get paid to do, will definitely not recommend this service to anyone. When asking for a partial refund due the the unsatisfied customers the owner has yet to answer or reach back out to any phone calls.

So many times people only take the time to post bad reviews. My experience with Willa Merriott…read moreRealty was so good that I felt it needed mentioning. They have beautiful properties to choose from and I booked Tres Palms with them on Holiday Isle. I booked through VRBO back last Summer before the world fell apart with Covid 19. We were so looking forward to enjoying this wonderful property and spending quality time as a family. Unfortunately, because my one son is a police officer and my son in law is a physician, there are not allowed to take any vacation time. They are needed at work. With travel being what it is, getting there had become a challenge for me also. I needed to cancel after the allowed time for a full refund. I spoke to Willa about my situation. She couldn't have been nicer. She was empathetic to my needs and immediately helped me start the process of cancelling my trip for a full refund. She helped me with the process with VRBO also. There are still kind and generous people out there. I look forward to working with them once life goes back to something closer to normal.

Had a terrific experience renting a condo through WM! I needed a very last minute beach getaway and…read morea friend recommended her MILs condo in Destin that was available. Right on the beach, but also had a pool--good thing because I'm afraid to actually swim in the ocean haha! So had the best of all worlds! Condo was comfortable, had a balcony that looked out over the pool and gulf, well equipped kitchen, and I could walk to dinner (about 1.5 mile of flat, safe sidewalk) or catch a water taxi and cross to Harbor Walk where there are TONS of restaurants, shopping, water sport rentals (go Parasailing with Boogie!) Great getaway and look forward to going back!

You cannot get a more dependable, reliable, professional, and friendlier private shuttle service…read morethan Blue Water Shuttle in the PCB area. The owner, Barrett, picked us up at PCB on time (even though our chartered flight was running late). He greeted us with a smile, loaded us up, and loved our 2 dogs too! ;-) We used him upon return to PCB five days later. Not to my surprise, Barrett was early and let me know that he was available if we wanted to depart earlier (which we did). Again, very friendly and professional service all the way around. I strongly recommend Blue Water Shuttle and we will certainly use them again on our return visit next year. Brent Brown

Hi, This was my…read morefirst time using a car service to drive my car long distance. You Fly, We Drive did a wonderful job and I would definitely use them again. Luke, the owner, was easy to communicate with, answered all my questions, and was flexible to transport dates. The car was picked up as promised and delivered on the date promised. I had called several companies and looked at car transport options and You Fly, We Drive was the best option for me. Fair prices, safe and straight communications. I highly recommend them and I will use them again for any future car transport needs. April 2, 2021 Alison M.

I was skeptical of hiring a company which provided a private driver to transport my daughter's car…read moreback from college on the West Coast because we had always used an auto transport company with an open carrier in the past. However, the car was left in the garage at her college since mid-March (because she had to evacuate her campus within 48 hours due to COVID.) We expected to be able to pick up the car in May during her graduation weekend but obviously, that didn't happen. We had the keys to the car at our home and the car was in SoCal so I decided to investigate the possibility of hiring a private driver to bring the car back to us in the Midwest. After doing much research and talking directly to Luke, we decided to hire You Fly We Drive and I am certainly glad we did! Luke is upfront with a estimate about all costs and details which I liked. He picked up and delivered the car on time. When he retrieved the car from LA, he thoroughly checked out the car, (ie. washed it, checked all the tires and fluids.) He texted his progress everyday when he stopped for the night. He cleaned it again before he returned the car to us. We were very pleased with our experience and will definitely use this service again in the future.
