We were worried the parking situation at the airport would be a nightmare during Thanksgiving week, so we decided to try a local shuttle service for the first time. After seeing all the 5-Star reviews from previous customers, we decided to give Gone Coastal Shuttle a try -- since it is located in Navarre/Gulf Breeze. https://www.facebook.com/gonecoastalshuttle/ We couldn't have been more thrilled with the service. Dustin arrived 15 minutes early to help us with our luggage, unpacked all our bags at the airport, and a week later was waiting right on time at the airport to pick us up upon our return the following Saturday. FYI: Dustin is a retired law enforcement officer and told us he's setting aside the money he makes from his shuttle service to help pay for his daughter's college expenses. He is extremely courteous, friendly, and very reasonably priced. I love supporting local businesses, and this is one that definitely deserves our residents' support.

BEST BEACH RENTAL COMPANY!!…read more A 5 star does not do this company justice. I am a local wedding planner and found out about them when a Bride that I was working with used them. I only had second hand knowledge of them but figured I would try them out personally. I needed a beach wheelchair for my dad, they made the experience so easy I thought I forgot to confirm them when I booked them like 5 months in advance. I reached out day before to confirm we were still good and we were! We confirmed the meeting time at the beach access. Day of they arrived ON TIME as scheduled and would you believe.. I was not available ( I was taking get ready pictures for my nephews wedding and the Bride & Groom were running about 30 minutes behind)... I apologized and asked if there was a way for him to leave it for me and he said YES! He locked it up and sent the combination to the lock. Ya'll I had not even had a chance to pay him yet! When I say they FAR exceeded my expectations, I mean they FAR exceeded my expectations. I will be using them again! Kind, professional & very accomodating!

Our group of 8 paid for a round trip ahead of time. At 9pm we called as we were instructed by the boat operator to be picked up and brought back to the Lagniappe. He said it would be a 45 minute wait and we would be his last group. So, we waited and when he arrived the boat became full and we were stranded at the Harbor Walk. The boat operator was aloof and only when my husband asked for a refund did he give us our money for the second leg of the trip back. We would have appreciated honest communication. We ended up walking a mile at 10pm before getting someone to pick us up in a car. Honest communication would have been appreciated. We will never use the water taxi again from this company.

I called and the employee gave me standard pickup times from local spots (one was located in our resort which was awesome) and also said she could schedule outside of those but it may take longer. He goes frequently to the habor entertainment area and the resorts. $7 a person one way (plus tip as this is basically a water uber lol). Last pickup of the night is 10:30 (Harbor closes at 10). You can pay cash or card, but cash is much faster. The ride was smooth and we did not get wet. The employee was friendly and he had his dog Bella riding with him which we enjoyed. She was friendly and loveable! We didn't rent or ride a boat while in Destin so we considered this our "harbor boat tour" and it was well worth the money!
