The rental company used to be 360 Blue. They were acquired by Natural Retreats, an acquisition not so good for consumers! For the first time ever, we needed to cancel our reservation. WARNING to anyone booking a rental - the non-refundable booking fee is outrageous and obscene. It's so bad, that I will look for other rental agencies in the future and carefully check their contracts. We are still 100+ days from the intended vacation, so charging big dollar cancellation fees seems ridiculous. Beware!!

HEALTH HAZARD with ZERO CARE FOR THEIR CLIENTS!!!!…read more DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. We booked with 360 blue for a family vacation for 4-5 days. We let the booking agent know on a recorded line that a member of our family has brain inflammation due to mold exposure. That booking agent reassured me that if the place we booked wasn't satisfactory with our health concerns, that she would slide us to a different rental to ensure we were happy. Upon arrival to the unit we found some black mold above the master bed and the great room (kitchen and living room) as well as a damaged gas stove control knob. I called and let the customer service know. They mentioned they would send a maintenance crew, but that never happened. I called the next day, and the same thing happened. I called again for the third time, no response from maintenance. Upon our trip ending I reached out to customer service to go over all this and see how they would handle the situation. I got promised that they would do whatever they could to make this situation better. Customer service said they had to send a vendor first to test the black mold before making a decision. I requested the vendors info and report, that request was denied. About a week later, I was notified that their "vendor" confirmed it was "mildew" and not black mold. Unfortunetely mildew is a form of mold. This vacation rental company is the worst we've ever dealt with. Stay away from this company and do not book through them!!!!!

Members of my household developed persistent symptoms including nosebleeds, sinus irritation, coughing, headaches, and respiratory issues. Independent environmental testing later documented mold presence and raised indoor air quality concerns. I attempted to address these issues with property management; however, concerns remained unresolved. Due to the conditions and related health concerns, we made the decision to vacate and relocate. I am sharing my experience so prospective renters can ask questions about HVAC maintenance, mold history, and indoor air quality before leasing. We booked "Sand Piper," 320 Pompano St., Inlet Beach, FL 32461 USA. Their local property manager is Paradise Properties. Sand Piper is also advertised on hotels.com, RedAwning and VRBO. The fees vary wildly with each one. My fiance had a medical emergency that put him in the hospital for 3 days a few days prior to our Saturday departure date (May 4). Upon receipt of my fiance's "ER doctor's note," the owners agreed to let us reschedule but ONLY within the same month (May)--the available dates for which were very limited. At this point, my family from Nashville would be gone, but we could not afford to lose our $1,600. We also needed some sun and relaxation after his hospital stay. So we accepted their new dates of May 12-15. Extreme weather was forecast for the area and arrived on May 12, as predicted, making it unsafe in our opinion to travel there. Rather than letting us reschedule again to ANY month of THEIR choosing in 2024 (the off-season was FINE with us), they refused to refund a dime of our $1,600. We even suggested they keep their fees and just refund the lodging. The owners wouldn't budge. I will never book through hotels.com, RedAwning or Paradise Properties again, and I will tell everyone I know NOT to rent Sand Piper. My advice is to purchase trip insurance when booking ANYTHING. Lesson learned.

We rented a condo through Paradise Properties Vacation Rentals & would suggest you think twice. From now until April/May 2024, 30A is closed between the areas of Watersound and Seagrove making it 100% impassable - no cars, bikes, or walking. This is a locally well-known, pre-planned road construction project. When we asked them why they didn't give us a heads up, we were told that we should have done our research. We are from Michigan and would have no way of knowing about a pre-planned road closure in Florida. Of the 18 miles of bike paths, we could only access 2 miles. Not one time during our discussion did this company take ownership that their renters have a right to know something this important to a 30A vacation. Other than horrible mattresses, Seacrest 6 had a great ocean view and for us on the wrong side of the road construction. Transparency is everything.

The Village is a beautiful, gated living oasis with beach houses and condos, and it is extremely well done.
