Other customers was on there phones and he kept watching me to see if I noticed. Yep I noticed!!! As I was leaving I looked for signs that said no phones nor FaceTime but didn't see neither.Also I witnessed that he's not kid friendly when doing kids pedicures. I will never return to this location!!!! Very unprofessiona!! Then you can tell he mentioned something to his staff because they all started talking that language and staring, well guess what I stare back!!!

When I went to pay, the charge for that service was more than I anticipated and I pleasantly asked for clarification. A menu was then produced which showed an "express" service priced below a basic. When I explained (not complained) that was not made clear, he replied that it was "very clear". What is clear is that nothing has changed and I won't be returning.

The moment I sat in that chair screamed Leave. The only thing I can say maybe he is not experienced enough and he just trying to do his best I don't know that tho he finished my pedicure which was not the best. He did good on cleaning up my toes after taking off old polish. That's why he seem shocked on his tip his look said I know I didn't do my very best. I had a basic pedi 37$$ total I tipped him 8$ which he looked happy to get it in cash 45$$ total with tipped. The lesson is you already knew how you provided service & still got a nice cash tip. This place I will not recommend & will not return. The owner should make sure the customer service is great with skilled pedicure workers. I believe if you mess up by your customers then make it right! I believe in tipping because sometimes the tips could really help the person giving good service.

I was so happy to have a tech in my city. On today, I returned for a filling and I was seated with a different employee that butchered my nailed. She changed my entire shape from coffin to uneven almond and round nails. I was so disappointed bc I didn't ask for a shape change. I informed her to that I wasn't satisfied and I could tell she was frustrated but the whole time she continued watching her show on YouTube bc she had her AirPods in her ear and kept looking at her phone. I requested to have Kiara correct and complete my nails (and she did an AMAZING job) especially having to correct someone else's mistakes. My length was shortened and my shape was changed without consulting/asking me first and I was highly disappointed but managements very grateful that Kiara was patient with me and had me smiling when I left. When the man was putting my nails on I felt there wasn't enough glue holding them down. I let the man know what I thought but he did not put any more glue. After he was done a woman came to shape and file my nails. I originally asked for my shape to be ballerina but the woman said she didn't know what it was so I settled for coffin. Some of the nails looked crooked and they began to break off less than two days after I got them. One of the nails got really loose and broke off over half of my real nail.
