This is my first time ever posting on yelp and I felt complied because I actually feel taken advantage of by this business. First I got a horrible dip manicure (pictured). It was so bad I actually said something. Emily ended up fixing it the next day because it was so bad. She did a better job, but it was still double the amount of time and trips to the salon than it was supposed to be. I gave them a second chance and wanted to try again. Everyone has an off day and I requested a different nail tech so I was hopeful it would go better. She assured me my fingers and toes would be the same color. They are not the same color (pictured). Which is really disappointing. But it happens I guess. What really gets me, and why I'm posting this is that every single time I went in I was charged a different amount depending on who was doing the service. Sometimes they charge you to remove your dip/gel? Even if you're getting new dip/gel put on. Sometimes they don't. This time I was charged $12 for my cuticles to be pushed back and cut with the nippers. Apparently that is NOT included in a dip manicure anymore? Neither was any kind of hand massage, or cuticle oil/care beyond them soaking them and nipping them. I have never been charged to have this done before today, it's always been included in a manicure! My basic pedicure and dip manicure (plus cuticle cut back?) was $99 today. When I got it last time it was $72. The time before that, it was $80. I'm sorry but that is shady business practice. Your price should not depend on the tech doing your service. Additionally their prices are NOT clear on the menu, or even always listed, so its very difficult to know what to expect to pay. Very upsetting experience my first time at the salon. I took my 91 year old Aunt for a natural manicure. Multiple staff kept pressuring me to do gel (to make more money), and several keep hounding me about payment! The entire time we were sitting there, they must have asked at least 5 times who was going to pay as if I was going to abandon my Aunt (who uses a walker) and stiff them for $30. I told them not to cut her cuticles, I look away for an instant, and the tech was cutting her cuticles. Terrible client service and I the tech left her station to sit in lobby while my Aunt was drying. No communication, just walked away, I had to ask her if she was done (she wasn't) and what her next steps were to finish. I'd give less than 1-star if I could. read more

Didnt wait long. But I was SUPER RUSHED! I paid the Deluxe package for a Pedicure and the entire thing was maybe oh gosh 5-10 mins. So I'm watching others get the same package and they are getting a lengthy message and cheese grader on their feet and I'm over here already done? So I'm like confused why I'm already getting my toes painted when we all started roughly at the same time. Look at the bottom of my feet and just cracks and skin. Im so upset I just gave birth and I wanted to do something for myself. I asked the man who was doing my feet why I had skin left on my heel and I think he was just trying to get me out the door. Emily is fabulous. She does a great job with powered nails. I have been going to this salon a couple years.

I have gotten mani and pedis at this salon a few times. I liked the results. This last time I decided to get a regular pedi but gel on my finger nails. Within 3 days the gel nail polish was chipping and separating from my nails. I do use my hands to cook, clean, garden, etc. I went back to get the gel taken off and normal polish put on. I picked a color for my nails, as directed, but the manicurist thought that I should just get clear polish on my nails since I am 'rough' on my nails. I use my hands to do stuff, sorry. She charged me 5 to remove the polish and I left her a tip. Will I go back? Probably not because I am not rough on my hands, I just use them like most people. FYI my pedicure is still looking fly. read more

Made an appointment for 1, they started at about 1:15 not bad. But had an appointment for pedicures and my nails. A lady comes after with the same things and I'm still waiting for my nails and this lady is done both. I also got basic pedi and nails removal. I asked the male worker and was told I was next. But some how they started someone else before me. They need to come up with a better organized way. Not acceptable. I decide not to wait because then another person also went in front of me. I explained that was unprofessional paid for the service I received and left. One of them save sorry but it's still unprofessional. read more

I visited from Georgia during Thanksgiving and the service there was excellent. I got a pedicure with a foot mask. My feet are super soft they definitely brought them back to life. Love this place !! read more

The best pedicure in town. Long is absolutely the best! He takes his time he is meticulous and he has never disappointed.

They do a good job! Prices are average! Staff are cordial but not very chatty and the man does not seem to like when you try to engage him in conversation. They have a good selection of colors of gels and polishes. read more

100% would recommend. This place is not only beautiful, it's super clean and nicely organized. Super spacious and offers a ton of services. Everyone is amazingly friendly and actually takes their time when performing any of the many services. They do no rush to get you in and out at all, but did a fantastic job with wonderful quality. read more

I have been to nail salons in Georgia, Tennessee, North and South Carolina. Deluxe Foot Spa by far is my most favorite!!! Nice Clean Salon! .when I saw that they were using plastic liners in the foot spa and then when they brought out sealed sterilized packed TOOLS I KNEW I WAS IN THE RIGHT NAIL SALON !!!-WOW!!! now that's an A plus for me . It was the best most relaxing pedicure I've ever had.they were so nice and went out of there way to please you.
