I have tried Heaven Foot Spa many times since they opened and had stopped going because, no matter how nice the facility or how good the (regularly rotating) employee, the owner was always rude. I had not been in about a year but gave it another try. I was not offered a menu of services and asked for a basic mani/pedi, usually the first option on a menu. When I went to pay, the charge for that service was more than I anticipated and I pleasantly asked for clarification. A menu was then produced which showed an "express" service priced below a basic. When I explained (not complained) that was not made clear, he replied that it was "very clear". What is clear is that nothing has changed and I won't be returning. read more

This is long, but I felt the need to detail my experience. I made an appointment for 9:30 am for me and 2 friends. I was paying for both of them and I went in prepared to spend a good chunk of money. My friends had a great experience and their technicians were friendly and took care of them. We all got the same pedicure and manicure from their menu. They both were offered an exfoliating scrub and I was not. Since my pedicure finished first, I was asked to wait until my two friends were done as well, which I was happy to do. Meanwhile, a bridal party came in that also had an appointment at a later time. After our pedicures were finished, my two friends were taken to get their manicures done. My nail tech was nowhere to be found. Eventually, another employee told me which seat to take. After waiting a bit, my previous nail tech came back and said he was going to do the bridal party's nails because they had an appointment. I informed him that I also made an appointment. He did not acknowledge me and continued with a member of the bridal party. I sat politely waiting for a technician to become available because they were busy. I was looking at the menu because I wanted to get extensions and my nails are very short. While looking, the man who I assume is the manager comes over and asks if I wanted a manicure and took the menu out of my hands. I told him yes and that I had asked for one when I scheduled the appointment. He then put a bowl of water in front of me to soak my fingers in and walked away. He came back, noted that I had just beaten the rush, and that I should make an appointment next time. I again informed him that I had made an appointment. I also asked if I could get extensions because my nails were so short. He gave an exasperated sigh and said that it was more complicated and a gel manicure would be easier. I told him fine because I was just done at that point. He rushed through my entire manicure and did a pretty poor job of it. He finished my manicure before my friends who had been there for a solid 10 minutes 0before mine even started. My cuticles are cut up and the polish is somewhat uneven. It's definitely better than trying to do it myself, but for the amount I was paying I expected more. The hand massage consisted of him pulling on my fingers and just spreading around the lotion. The entire time he was looking around and yelling to the other employees or taking calls on his phone. When he was done he got up and left without a word to me. I understand that they were busy, but I had made an appointment requesting these services. They had overbooked themselves. I was willing to spend more money but I'm glad I didn't considering the fact that I had to fix them at home. I will say, my pedicure with the first technician looks great. read more

I went in with my husband to get pedicures and I was getting a gel manicure. When we chose the number 2- basic pedicure it clearly lists 'massage' in description. The technician said no massage included, I pointed to their menu saying it lists massage as included. She kept saying in broken English , no massage, no massage, no massage. It was embarrassing to me. I understand you won't get a five minute foot massage in basic but I've had enough to know your supposed to get at least a minute or two. We got nothing, they did not even rub the lotion in. Acted like the business was on fire, they were in such a hurry. My manicure the male tech was very rough and hurt my cuticles many times even tho I said, you hurting me. We won't be back here. Not worth a 100.00 to get abused and embarrassed. read more

It was ok. Not what I was really expecting. This was my first time going. It seemed that the services were rushed. The gentleman scrubbing my foot was scrubbing where you would have callouses on your feet and was looking around while doing so. He scrubbed so hard, an area began to bleed on the bottom of my foot. The pedicure was too quick and looked liked something I could have done from home, not professional. I spent 118.00. Too expensive and was not all that great. Will not be returning. First time here. Visiting from out of town and wanted a pedicure. This was a marvelous find. Phoenix was my technician. She did a wonderful job. She did not rush through the process. She was very pleasant. She also didn't pressure me to get a more expensive option. The best part of the whole experience was the 10 minute foot massage at the end. The best pedicure I have had in a long while. A little bit more pricer than some others , well worth the money.

Stopped in while visiting my daughter who goes to Barton. Service was excellent and while it was a weekend and pretty busy I didn't have to wait very long. I had the jelly pedicure and it was perfection. Priced just right (less than I pay in Greensboro) and very relaxing. They have a large selection of colors and polish brands. The pedicure chairs are super comfortable and they have an adjustable foot rest which I've never see before. I will return when I'm in town next time. Highly recommend this spot... best I've been to in Wilson. read more

I wonder if the guy who did my pedicure is licensed. I would be shocked if he is. Horrible job. Cuticles not done, he rushed, nails not even, first and last time going there. Had appointment and over phone I requested a woman. Got there on time and was not acknowledged I had an appointment. Tried to get a couple who walked in after me to go before me. Was told to sit in chair, no menu of service's given to me, not all pedicures come with massage you have to pick more expensive pedicure to get massage, he didn't paint entire toes the ends have no polish. I gave this business three stars because although they have the best atmosphere within a spa/nail salon in the area, the employees were very rude and stressed throughout the experience. My mother is handicapped and had a hard time sitting on the bar stool for the manicure. The woman assigned to her directed her to another area, but came back soon after to mockingly giggle at her with one of the other co-workers behind the counter. On top of that humiliating situation, when I went to get my eyebrows done, the woman who did them rushed me and practically jerked me around during the waxing. After she sped out I checked in the mirror and she neglected to wax off a huge area of my eyebrow Maybe if it wasn't so busy it would've been better. I used to really like them the first time i went there, and they are still better than most. but I noticed that whenever I go in, they rush through my services. I smile and I am nice to them. I was moved from the massage chair to wait 15 mins for the masseuse to finish with another client. (No one was waiting for chairs and 2 were still empty) I sat, waited and received my foot massage and the lady next to me was still having her feet done... and I'm finished and being rushed out the door. This has happened more than once. (Here and other places) I dont know if its because I'm black or because I'm fat or because they are tip chasing and adhere to the "blacks don't tip" theory. Its unfortunate and unfair, whatever the case is. Maybe they are not purposely doing this, idk. I got to the shop at 9:05 (butter pedicure) right when they were opening and was out by 10:10, including the 15 min wait and 10 min foot massage. So...to management: treat everyone well, because you dont know from whom your blessing will be delivered. read more

I am crying. CRYING. I went to go get my eyebrows waxed and this lady JACKED mine up to the MAX. The right one on fleek but the left one start late and is looking like a snake. They are so uneven. I take my eyebrows very seriously and this is probably one of the worst things that has ever happened to me in my life. I have tried to conceal the damage with a temporary tattoo over my eyebrow but there is nothing i can do for the damage this has done to my heart. She did my friends eyebrows first and they turned out aight but MINE IS UNEVEN AND CROOKED. IM SO MAD. I have been crying for the last several hours and have contemplated terrible things. my eyebrow looks deformed and if that's not enough my parents wont let me wear my tattoo to school tomorrow so im going to have to furrow my eyebrow all day so people wont be able to see. I just don't understand what I ever did to deserve this! I just wanted good eyebrows. Im a nice person and I only put positive energy out into this world and this is what I get?? I DONT UNDERSTAND. and her hands smelled like feet too. I must get back to my crying now bc my cats have come to comfort me in this time of sadness and grieving. WHATEVER YOU DO DONT COME HERE FOR EYEBROWS. DO THIS FOR YOUR OWN HAPPINESS. update: it's been a month and my eyebrow is still recovering. I have been wearing band-aids to school everyday on my eyebrow due to the shame I feel from the terrible brow. I am strong enough now to show the damage, so i will post a picture if the atrocity that is my left eyebrow. This has been a terribly hard month for me and my eyebrow isnt even completely recovered!!!!! so i will also post a picture of the brow a month later. The music is soothing and the staff courteous and professional. I wish I had a chance for the foot massage, as those are AMAZING. They were very busy but accommodating to continued walk-in customers. They have all of the new polish color choices and the most variety of any nail spa in Wilson. I went to get a pedicure and they did a very good job, however after I sat down two other ladies came in and sat right beside me. One of them stated to the owners wife their friend was on the way and she told them okay. They then said it again to the owner himself and he also said ok. The both of them began to speed up my pedicure for those two girls' friend who was not even at the salon yet. Anywho they finished my pedicure and I know I will not be back. If you have to rush my services that I'm paying for just like everyone else then I'd rather not even waste the time to get it done. From the minute you walk in, you are given individualized attention. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for a chair. The staff are very professional, attentive and efficient. I never feel rushed but I can get my pedicure done and get on with the days scheduled activities. They offer a wide variety of nail colors and accents. My daughter and I went in on a Sunday afternoon for pedicures. They were busy but able to get us both right in. The atmosphere is awesome - - totally relaxing. The pedicure itself was very good; however, the polish did not stay on very well. It was peeling off within a week of our visit, which is not typical of my experience with services from other salons. This would probably keep me from returning as it stings to pay about $60 bucks for two pedicures in which the polish lasts such a short time. read more

I have tried the package and paid $59.99 but there s no difference with the cheapest package (ive different packages before to compare). My friend and I went to get pedicures and gel nails. I was pleased with the pedicure and had planned to return. But, within a few hours my friends entire gel nail FELL OFF . As for mine, it has been a week and my nails look horrible! 3 days after I had them done my right thumb nail chipped, the next day my left thumb nail chipped in 2 places and the piece they glue to the natural nail literally fell out from in between my natural nail and the gel. Also, my right pointer finger nail chipped on the side. I don't do anything any more strenuous than the average person, so for these nails to literally be breaking off within days upsets me terribly, especially considering the price! The girl that did my nails rushed the ENTIRE time, disappeared for a good 20 minutes and did really sloppy work. The best part, when I returned to talk about getting a refund (because let's be honest, why would I want them fixed if they are just going to break apart) the manager kept interrupting me and telling me I wasn't getting a refund that it was my fault my nails were breaking.
