And without even asking my name and time of appointment or even saying hello, she immediately went to the back and did her friend's eyebrows. Then after a few minutes she rung that customer up and said "next" instead of looking at her appointment list to call my name. When she said "next" the customer that got there after I arrived immediately ran straight to the back. I figured she had an earlier appointment. While I was waiting again, another customer came in and stood next to me. When she was done with her 2nd customer, she looked at the new customer and said "next". This was around 6:40pm. I immediately told her that my appointment was well over 30min ago.
