I've visited twice. The first visit I had gel polish over my nails. The tech didn't have me to wash my hands. I visited 2nd time and was asked to wash my hands. Normally regular pedicures will still have salts added to the water.. not here. I won't return. Plus they're more expensive than the previous shop I frequented. Not impressed. read more

I travel to a different city for my nail appointments but my tech is currently on vacation so I visited Pro 2 weeks ago for the 1st time in literally years and Kiara won me over. I was so happy to have a tech in my city. On today, I returned for a filling and I was seated with a different employee that butchered my nailed. She changed my entire shape from coffin to uneven almond and round nails. I was so disappointed bc I didn't ask for a shape change. I informed her to that I wasn't satisfied and I could tell she was frustrated but the whole time she continued watching her show on YouTube bc she had her AirPods in her ear and kept looking at her phone. I requested to have Kiara correct and complete my nails (and she did an AMAZING job) especially having to correct someone else's mistakes. My length was shortened and my shape was changed without consulting/asking me first and I was highly disappointed but managements very grateful that Kiara was patient with me and had me smiling when I left. Worst experience EVER! I use to go to Pro Nails back in high school about 5 years ago, and they were amazing, even down to their customer service. I went on yesterday due to my recent move back home, and I got my nails done by a tech named Jay (she's a girl). She was very unwelcoming, however as the service went on, I began to start conversation. I came in around 6:30 and I wanted a fill in, minding you they close at 7:30. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and what I got looks nothing like what I asked for. I felt rushed due to being there past closing time. At first I wasn't going to trip about the inconsistencies of designs on the nails but as I continue to look at them I literally could see the difference. As I went to check out, the supervisor rung me up (Hispanic lady, unsure of her name) and I clearly showed her the difference in the nails. She proceeds to apologize and take $10 off my order. Me personally it's not about the money it's about my NAILS, I proceed to tell her that I'll be back tomorrow for a fix and she stated "that's fine". Fast forward to today, the day I return to the salon for the fix and they are behind because they have 5 pedicures. They ask me to come back the next day and I refused because this is already my second day up here and the hurricane is coming, I told them I would wait. The "supervisor" tells me she thought it was just 2 nails, however you can CLEARLY see what I asked for is nothing like what I received. Once I am stern in what I am saying she states "the person who did my nails is the best one to do it" which I though was sad because the nails looked horrible! I continue to wait and eventually I asked the receptionist (White lady at the desk with a banana clip) if I could her her supervisors boss name and number and she states she doesn't know. I ask if she could find out, she goes to the back and I hear her supervisor (the Hispanic lady) state "NO IM NOT GIVING IT TO HER, FOR WHAT? SO he CAN COME FIX HER TWO NAILS?" And refused to give me his info. After while I see Jay walking in the back which I was under the impression she was not there. So I asked the receptionist (the white lady with a banana clip) if she is there how come she can't fix my nails, and then she starts acting clueless at what I'm asking. She then marches to the back saying "you better come get her before I ask her to leave". Her supervisor comes to the front and give me a refund. While saying "I'm about to lose my job" which is so sad and frankly embarrassing. Personally I feel since I didn't respond in the way they expected me to (all hooting, hollering, cussing, and fussing) they used any reason to get me out the shop. I felt attacked and unsafe, literally had to call one of my friends to be a witness as to what is going on. Overall customer service is trash! I literally just wanted my nails how I asked, when I showed her the picture she tried to remember what it looked like and clearly it didn't work. I was never rude! However they made accusations that I was, so I showed them rude when I walked out. Don't waste your money! A police phone call and cuffs waiting to happen! If I found give no stars I would!! As a paying customer, unfortunately for them we are always right. I can and I will take my money elsewhere. If this issue isn't addressed I'm sure this town will be just fine if they were to shut down. read more

my pedicure came out good, I just had to wait 25 minutes to be seen since it is just two workers. I guess the lady who is in charge doesn't do nails she just stands over them in watch them the whole time in she was in the corner doing her nails while the customers waited. also it was extra for everything even though I was sitting waiting to be serviced. I wish the vibe in scenery was better in more welcoming, the good thing is the lady who did my toes did great so I did appreciate that. read more

I always come here to get my eyebrows waxed and they always do a great job ! They take their time and make sure I'm happy with the results! I also get pedicures done here and they do always come out really good, the only thing is that they sometimes leave what their doing with you to do something else right quick. This isn't with everyone who works there just a few and only leave for a little bit, I just still prefer if they focused on one person at a time till they were finished. I had a wonderful experience with two relatively new nail technicians. Tia and Nery took their time and gave me a great experience overall. From listening to what I wanted to explaining proper nail care and maintenance. Previous experience with more experienced techs left me feeling rushed and unheard. jay was super nice! They salon is well kept and has lots of options. I went in on the 9th just to come back on the 19th ( would have been sooner but i wasn't able to make it after work) with 3 lifting nails and one that was broken. I initially called in over the phone and asked if I could have them removed. i did not want a refund or any additional services done. they agreed. when I got there for them to remove the nails I was told I would have to pay a fee. I spent 95 dollars less than 2 weeks ago to get these nails and refused to pay an additional fee to have the botched work removed. although I had an amazing experience the work was not good at all. I would not recommend going here. read more

I came here to get a manicure. I picked the most expensive one to pamper myself. It said 35 minutes. He was done in less than ten. When I questioned the things that were missing from the list it said it included, he said "we don't do that". They still tried to charge me full price. He didn't file my nails; just cut them and pulled my cuticles until every single one of them bled. read more
