We have to replace those sections of the driveway which will cost us $2,600. They blame US for this & will not turn over the cost to their insurance company. Talked to Rich Lohr about this & he is very rude. Will not turn over the name of his insurance company so our insurance company can contact them.

I…read morehave lived in my home for 5 months and they call this normal use and environmental exposure rather than a material or installation defect, it is not covered under the terms of the home warranty. This is not my only concern, but this one take the cake. As the saying goes, good looking by far but far from good looking.

Look elsewhere…read more Apple Ridge Homes in Appleton built by Apple Tree, LLC Green Bay will have a PUBLIC 10' BIKE path, using your sidewalks with 3 different street entries in community sidewalks that runs in front of your homes, thru your front yard. The residents are protesting this with the city. The buyer is assessed, which the builder knowingly leave the DETAILS of the assessment out the verbiage of the contract. You will pay 50% of this public path which they've widen to 10' to be apart of the city PUBLIC BIKE trail plan. 5' wider than the average sidewalk width that will run through your front lawn as an easement, almost 1/2 of your front yard leaving you barely enough room to park your auto in your driveway without being in the 10' bikeway. If you have an RV to park overnight it won't fit in your driveway. Trucks, Club cab, the bed will extend into the 10' PUBLIC bike trail. The stakes that are in the middle of the residents yards. That is how close the bikes, dogs, public walkers will be to your home. The HOA and/or residents will have to maintain the bikeway and pick up the garbage, dog poop that is left behind. It's only 20' from your garage and front door. The backyards have 15-30' easements for pooling water drainage, planted trees and/or protected wetlands. If you have one of those swamp pond easements behind your lot expect a lot of midges. If you don't live near one, the wind kicks up, they'll find a way to your home. A lot of gnats, millipedes, Asian beetles. Sidewalk assessment will be determined by the length of this PUBLIC bikeway that goes through your yard. If you're on a corner it'll be $1000s. Contact the city for the assessment. The 3 access points that direct foot, dogs and bike traffic for the public through your community will be at the main entrance off of Apple Creek Rd by YOUR Clubhouse and pool, on Baldeagle Dr. at Lightning Dr. and E Ridge Haven off of Ballard Rd to Osprey Dr. Only one side of the street is parking. The demographics of this community are mostly retired. The lots that are next to the fields, the fields will be turning into more housing. The street lights in front of the homes you pay for those too. It's an assessment, on your property tax. Contact the city for the amount. Ask about the 11 outlots you'll have to pay property taxes on. No verbiage about the taxes on the outlots are in your contract except for on a tiny map of their location. They advertise these as luxury homes. Not unless you upgrade. Everything that you would typically find in an average home is an upgrade. It appears they purposely leave it out or install it in less obvious places so you'd have to upgrade if you are not buying a model. If you want a lot of outdoor lighting as they advertise you'll have to buy the extra windows. Normal size toilets, complete window trim, ceiling lights all upgrades even down to the light switches. The Master baths have inadequate lighting. If you want lights where they should've been installed in the first place it's an upgrade. Basically, everything in a listed $550K to $725K home is an upgrade from a $400K+ base price and another $40K to add a basement, up to $32K+ for the lot. The bibbs are far in the back side of the house, on the other side of the A/C unit you'd have to purchase at least 75' of garden hose just to reach your driveway to wash your autos. They WON'T relocate the bibbs, you'll have to buy another one if you want it closer to your driveway. The base prices aren't even $350K for the smallest home. Majority of the spec homes are selling today are over $525K. Every 2 months they raise the prices up $3K+. The builder's warranty service is a joke. First step is a 45 day warranty, good luck getting that ALL done before the year warranty ends, especially if it isn't a model home. Very shoddy workmanship. Subcontractors don't respect each others work. They have a high turnover rate of employees. If you do buy, so you won't have buyer remorse be sure to complete your walk-through before closing in DETAIL. Look at EVERYTHING, doors, caulking, trim wood, especially the windows and screens. Just hire a home inspector. If you selected upgrades and paid extra for them they will change them, and not inform you. The construction garbage blows all over the community. The fast driving construction vehicles kick up so much dust your home will always have dust filtering in until they're finished building the community. The unbuilt lots are so overgrown. Filled with deer mice. The builder has a lot of excuses for not being transparent during the entire buying process. Zero responsibility. Definitely not a customer service orientated builder after you closed the deal. To date they are still not informing buyers of any assessments. HOA fees are $190 monthly. Property taxes average $10K a year. Add in your sidewalk and light assessment. Add in the outlot property tax. Expensive! Do your homework you might want to buy elsewhere.

At the time of the incident, I did not receive insurance information. I attempted to resolve the matter directly with the business over the course of several months but did not reach a resolution. In my experience, communication with ownership was difficult, and my outreach efforts were unsuccessful. After evaluation by both an auto body shop and my insurance provider, my vehicle was deemed a total loss and had to be replaced. The incident occurred in August 2025, and as of January 2026, the matter remains unresolved. This review reflects my personal experience as a customer.

I was informed the cleaning would be from floor to ceiling with baseboards, windowsills, vents, lighting, windows, and cabinetry faces included with a fair price range subject to actual cleaning time to complete the duties. The 3 person crew arrived within the given time frame and when they were packing up to leave a couple hours later, I noticed the hanging light fixtures had not been touched as there was still dust build up. I requested they do so and all 3 got right to work. 5-10 minutes later they were packing up and left and by the time I began inspection, they were gone. The lighting fixtures were dry wiped and still had much dust inside as well as 2 of them still have a dead fly inside. The windowsills were barely wiped as I was able to remove dirt just by touching them afterwards. 2 of the air vents were never cleaned. Numerous windows weren't cleaned, but others next to them were. I found a cob web on a windowsill behind the blinds they wiped off, but still had dust on it. The stove still has cooking water marks on it. Some of the baseboards are still dusty.
