Your teeth may be sore for a little while after leaving but that is due to how clean they are getting your teeth. The receptionist here was very nice and helpful. I needed to make a follow-up appointment to be fitted for a night guard and she worked with me to find a date that I would be back in town from school to be fitted. She also was very good about dealing with all of my insurance issues. Patience is definitely one of her strong-suits! The hygienist that made to mold for my night guard was very nice. She knew that having a tray full of putty shoved into your mouth was not the most pleasant thing to have done and worked with me to get it so that it only had to be done once. When I returned to pick up my night guard, the receptionist was again very nice. She made sure that I had everything that I needed and that I understood how to clean my night guard. While seeing others they were really pushy at selling products and services. I generally do like going to the dentist so that adds an extra layer of anxiety. They did try to sell/recommend a few services but if I declined they moved on. Everyone I encountered was nice and professional. I had 2 appts within like 2 weeks and I chose the earliest time right at open 7am. Both appts went smoothly. The first one went a bit long as I was a new patient and had to have imaging and X-rays done. I like the monitors in the rooms that show the visuals as they explain things. The staff is friendly, and they do good work. I was brought back right on time, and out in less than an hour. I say that I likely won't be back only because their office is located in the middle of nowhere in Bloomington. If they were more convenient, I would definitely consider making them my new dental home.
