The last time I went was the final straw -- they touched up the front of my hair and cut a few strands from the back and made it look like they did something. When I got home, I immediately noticed that the back, the crown, was essentially untouched. I needed to get another haircut immediately from somewhere else to fix the mess they left my hair in.
