I called trying to make a last min appointment when I was greeted and told that within the hour I could come in for an opening, at that time I didn't know if I would be ready ( I was picking up my friend and thought I could run in real quick for a cut.) so I declined. An hour later i called to see if the spot was still open(plans fell through) and the same guy who answered the first time answered and I asked if the spot was filled His response was " do you think I'm sitting here waiting for you all day! You're gonna need to wait another hour for a spot." I was a costumer prior to this and was never spoken to like this in person. If you're going to work costumer service and have this kind of attitude you're not going to make it far and I hope that who ever handles the appointments at this establishment fix whatever attitude it was that day. read more

Was in need of a new barber in the area. I am very particular but stumbled upon barber & co and decided to give them a shot. All I can say is I am extremely glad I did and I have found my new barber. I've been to this barbershop a few times and never encountered an issue before, until today. What started as a routine fade ended in disappointment. While he was finishing my haircut, I noticed one side was uneven, so I pointed this out to him and all I got was attitude. His exact words to me in front of other customers was "this is not the only time you critiqued the haircut, I think this is not the barbershop for you". Mind you I only went to him maybe one or two times. Dominick I loved your barbershop but did not appreciate the attitude. The other barbers are kind and wonderful. Recognizing it was my first time there, he made me feel so comfortable and discussed with me at length the different options for my haircut. "Haircut" seems so grossly inadequate to describe the artistic and attention to detail with which Dom approached my hair. After our conversation surrounding my attending a wedding this weekend it became Dom's personal mission to make me look my best. Was out running errands and happened to be near barber and co barber shop. My two year old son was in need of a haircut so we popped in. V gave him one of the best haircuts he has ever had. He was patient and funny, helped my son feel comfortable and was able to cut a very squirmy toddlers hair with no issues. The haircut was just how I wanted it, he's a master with the electric razor. Was in the market for a new barber and came across Barber & Co on yelp. The shop itself is very nice. Very clean and trendy without trying too hard. Got my haricut from a young guy named V. He was very friendly. He conversed a little but did a good job of not talking too much. Was more focused on the haircut. He asked questions about how I wanted my haircut, but also gave advice on what he thought. Overall very happy with the experience. Will definitely be a regular. read more
