These ladies are absolutely amazing! The service is spectacular, they are very professional and friendly, they have great cleaning details and their products are eco friendly which to us was very important since we have a pet at home. They came over and gave us a free quote, we started with a deep cleaning which was amazing and the house was left pristine and 2 weeks after they came back for a standard cleaning and the place was beautifully clean and smells amazing! Good humble cleaners. Very professional. Know exactly what to clean and how to clean it.

After looking for a cleaning service and seeing their rating of 5 stars we chose to go with YECC. I made contact with them and they were quick to respond and setup a date for a walkthough. One of the ladies came and looked at the house and told me that they would e-mail us with a quote. I received the quote via e-mail and I replied back to the e-mail accepting the quote of $450. After a day or two I never received response or an e-mail confirming the cleaning for the house. I attempted to contact via phone and they never answered. I contacted them through the Yelp messaging system asking if they got the e-mail. Roughly 30 minutes later they replied stating they will contact us the next day to set up the appointment. I never heard back from them. I even attempted contacting them multiple times over the next few days thereafter and they have ignored me and failed to reply. If they couldn't do it or felt they didn't want to do it they simply should have just told us instead of wasting our time. We would have been okay with that. But now since they decided to just ignore us they get a 1 star review. I have attached a photo of the conversation. Don't ignore your customers. This cleaning service may very well be good at what they do, but we HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

I prefer ecologically-safe cleaning and I like the business model of this co-op. Similar to another reviewer, my initial call was promptly answered and an appointment for an estimate walk-through and separate cleaning date was set for two weeks out. I called over 4 times and left messages to confirm both appts. My calls were never answered or returned and no one ever arrived for either date; I had to book another cleaner on short-notice. I would have really appreciated a call from the co-op with an apology and explanation. I aim to support small businesses, but this one needs better organization and communication. read more

They recently did a deep clean of our house- absolutely incredible job! The team went above and beyond to clean the house, everything from the windows to the baseboards to the bookshelves. They were friendly and professional and accommodating of our WFH schedule and pets. Price was reasonable and matched with previously-provided free estimate. We are so delighted with this group of gracious and very professional women. They are scrubbing tornadoes! From the moment they showed up to conduct their appraisal for the estimate, we were impressed. They gave us one quote for the initial deep cleaning and another one for their bi-weekly visit. They then showed up, exactly at the time they said they would, and did such a superb job of cleaning everything that we hardly recognize our home. Everything is shinier and brighter. I found YECC to be unreliable. Twice they failed to show up when i had an appointment scheduled. They were often late and did not notify me they were going to be late. When they broke or damaged things, they did not inform me. The crew was different from one visit to another and required explanations each time. I found communication with them difficult. What an incredible job! I called and said that my dream would be to walk into a sparkling clean home after returning from vacation. And boy did they deliver! The team did the assessment and cleaning while I was away and it was such a relief to walk in at 1am from the airport to a sparkling clean home. I think it was cleaner than when I moved in...
