She and her assistant were very upbeat and responsive. I especially loved that when I came home mid-cleaning they were singing along to music while hard at work. Great attitudes! It is impossible for me to express how grateful I am to Rosemeri, Marcelo, and Hetielle. The…read morekindness and thoughtfulness they exude is far above and beyond. Truly amazing humans. The short of it is: My 80 year old MIL has been putting off getting a house cleaner for a very long time due to extremely high anxiety about, well, basically everything (and I mean EVERYTHING). Before finding Blue Rose Cleaning Services, I hadn't found a cleaner I felt would do the job in such a way as to reduce my MIL's anxiety. Cue Rosemeri! Oh my goodness. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew my MIL would be in good hands. Rosemeri explained the services offered, worked with me on the right balance of time spent on a deep clean and my MIL's school teacher retirement budget, and then set up a monthly service so that the house would stay in good shape. And then Marcelo and Hetielle!! These two people are just the loveliest. Absolute joy to be around. They do an amazing cleaning job and worked around my MIL's - shall we say, ever present and excitable - frenchie dog. And also put my MIL at complete ease. Okay, maybe not so short, but hopefully you can tell that I am truly appreciative and deeply grateful beyond words. Thank you so much Rosemeri, Marcelo, and Hetielle for treating my MIL like you would your own mom.

Eugene and Natalie did a great job!…read more At first I was a little hesitant but Eugene was very patient and very accommodating with my requested needs. We did a phone screening earlier this week and finalized the details. They arrived and did a walk through with me and once again finalized the deep cleaning service details and stated it would take 3 hours. They finished the job on time, I believe a little earlier than the 3 hours estimated, and it looked amazing. Definitely recommend their service, very professional, detail oriented and the price was worth it! Thanks again Eugene and Natalie!

I waited for over 3 hours past their estimated arrival window for my last cleaning (April 6th).
