Regret to say that I have to update my review based off of other findings; previously, I did…read moremention the lack of cleaning on some window blinds/sills but my partner ended up finding more areas that were neglected. It turns out that most of our kitchen cabinets weren't cleaned so he ended up cleaning it himself (wasn't able to take photos because he didn't think of it at the time.) The most noticeable thing we've found thus far was our oven- we were going to use it until we found residue(?) of some sort; not sure if it was from the particular cleaning spray they used, though I know this wasn't missed at the time of service since I recall this being one of the first things they started to clean. We ended up cleaning this ourselves as well. Edit to add: the reason for this update a month later is because as a first time homeowner, newly moving in, we're slowly furnishing everything and settling in- which is why we're just finding these other things just now. This updated review isn't intended to deter any new customers, but more so to let future ones to look more thoroughly as I should have done. I know Sparkle & Shine is a newer company so there's always room for improvement. I still thank Lina & her staff, as she has always been nice and communicative from the start.

I can't comment on the service because nobody showed up…read more Made a short notice appointment, which they were able to accommodate, I thought that was pretty cool. They were supposed to be there at 10am. I was at work and my wife texted me around 10:30 to make sure it was for today and it was 10am. I had her text the contact person (about an hour after they were supposed to have been there) and they said the person who was supposed to come was sick. Ok?? That's fine but when were you going to tell me?? Nobody called me, no message through Yelp. And they can't send anyone else until next week. No thanks. Our house is going on the market in three days and this kind of threw a wrench in the works. Luckily we found someone else to come tomorrow!

Man I might just have the worst luck. I've been with this company since December 2024 and it…read morestarted out great but just got progressively worse the last 2 months. Dust had been piling up and when I would clean myself between cleanings I noticed they weren't even cleaning like behind the vase in my bathroom, they wouldn't even take out dirty bottles from my daughters bed when fixing it, they put dirty dishes with clean dishes in the washer and turned it on without soap. But worst of all there was dust on everything and no wiping. I found myself cleaning more and I wished to as a working mom. My own flaw was my few days delay in paying and that was bc I needed my husband to put the money in the account. Then they text me today out of nowhere (I made zero complaints bc I thought if I explain what I want we can meet in the middle) they say they're charging me $20 extra and then says is $25 extra for EACH BLIND!!! Mind you I asked for dusting and wiping over washing dishes, taking out trash or fixing beds bc that's not what I need. They say I'm taking too much of their time?? Then what am I paying for? Just terrible service to a kind, respectful and paying customer.

When I say they took their time, I mean they took almost all day, but it was absolutely needed. They're worth it. I only rate them 4/5 because although I had a set time for them to come to the house, I didn't get a heads up text or call that they'll be on their way. Also, I had to keep reaching out to them to ask how much longer, as they kept saying we'll be done in a timeframe that wasn't accurate. Otherwise they did an amazing job.

I sent my request on Yelp and T Cleaning Company responded super fast along with a quote. It was a flat rate and was very reasonable. I was also sent a list of things they would clean in each room. I originally had an appointment with them on Saturday, but asked if they could push it up to Thursday instead and they were so responsive and great with fitting me in on Thursday at 4 pm. On Thursday, they continued to be very responsive and great with communication via texting. They were late an hour due to traffic and also construction on the freeway, but they did reach out to me apologizing and letting me know ahead of time and their estimated time of arrival. The whole cleaning process took about 6 hours and 40 minutes. Once again, they were very communicative with letting me know when they think they'd be done and for me to head back over to inspect their work. When I arrived, I was honestly truly amazed. The place looked and smelled super clean. The place was spotless. They cleaned areas that I didn't even think to clean. You can tell they're very detail oriented. They got stains that wouldn't come off to come off. It literally looked like I was walking into a brand new place.
