This place is horrible. They don't know how to thread at all. From the moment I walked in, I…read morealready had a bad feeling. The owner is not friendly or welcoming, and the service reflects that. My mom and I both got full‑face threading, but the girls who worked on us clearly didn't know what they were doing. I even told her that I didn't feel the hairs being pulled out while she was threading, but she ignored my concerns, same with my mom. When we got home, the hair on my face was still there. It honestly feels like I paid for nothing. They finished a full face in less than 10 minutes, which has never happened at any other threading place I've been to. My daughter also got her eyebrows done, and they gave her a horrible shape. I would never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone. I have paid a total of $102 for the worst service ever. This place has changed ownership, and the girls who used to work here are no longer there, and it really shows.
