She always makes sure to tell me what she's doing, what products she's using and gives recommendations. Not only that, my face comes out so smooth and hydrated! [ 1-Year Post Initial Brow Appt ] Today marks 1-year since my initial brow appointment with Jenny and I am still IN LOVE with my brows! If you're reading this review, check my before, during, and after photos from my first post. I HIGHLY recommend Jenny! She continues to be available should I have any questions or concerns about my brows and after-care. This ombre effect has gotten me so many compliments from family, friends, and complete strangers! I have not had any irritations or infections of any kind. I have semi-oily to dry skin depending on the time of year and the oil build-up is usually around my brow-line and center of my forehead. If I know I'll be out in the sun for a while, I make sure to add a small, extra layer of sunblock on and around my brows. If they have faded at all, it's not noticeable to me! The best part of having my brows done is on those crazy hot days when as soon as you step out your door, you're already sweating; I don't have to worry about my brows sweating off or smearing! It used to take me 45-minutes to draw, balance-out, and fill-in my brows. Now I can wake up, wash my whole face, and walk out the door, especially since I have lash extensions. This has saved me so much time this past year. Had a great first facial experience with Jenny! She gave the option of either a step by step explanation throughout the facial or just a silent facial. She explained every step well and the room was quiet and relaxing! The steps included steaming, cleansing, extractions/exfoliation and a hydro jelly mask with a massage. Jenny is super considerate and checks in to make sure the steam isn't going up your nose / the topicals don't sting or burn. I personally had a bit of an allergic reaction to one of the massage oils, but I made Jenny aware & she provided the ingredients and made note of it for the next appointment. I had an old brow tattoo that I'm in the process of removing and needed covered up before my vacation. Jenny did a fantastic job with my brow henna! I actually found Brows by Chenny through yelp and i'm so grateful I did!! From the very moment I reached out to her, I knew that I had found my new brow artist!
