Saturday morning at 10 am, a steady stream of customers make their way in the store but the line moves fast. A few indecisive youngsters ahead of me order a crap ton but a second worker comes by to help the next customer in line. 2 cheese sausage rolls, one jalapeño sausage,1 breakfast burrito, buttermilk donut and apple fritter run me about $8. Sausage rolls were good, breading was airy and soft. The jalapeño sausage roll, which was just ok, is basically a jalapeño hotdog shoved in a roll. Breakfast burrito is small and about on par of what other donut stores offer. Buttermilk donut is almost like a Cakey type donut. And apple fritter was pretty good too, but super sugary. Nice donut shop!

Donuts aren't too shabby! Very doughy. The glazed donuts are pretty good. They're very soft. There's a lot of dough, not like the super airy cheap ones. They don't always have the same selections though. They didn't have cinnamon twist last time. Their chocolate sprinkled donut could use a more chocolate though. Their chocolate eclairs are basically just long chocolate donuts (with not enough chocolate). Their kolaches and croissants seem to go pretty quick, but I haven't tried them. Note: There tends to be a small line on Sundays especially, but two people work the front, so it goes fairly quickly.

I was not a big fan of donuts and was skeptical when Margaret asked me to go here but was I wrong. Their glazed is as good as you can get and their sausage croissant (japanese style) is something you need to try. Too bad they close early, otherwise I would come here more often. Now I know where to go get some donuts when I am in Fort Worth!!!

I am no expert on donuts. I usually buy from the big chains like Dunkin' Donuts and Krispy Kreme which I find to be too sweet at times and can only eat about 2/3 of it before feeling kind of sick. However, the glazed donut at Yoko's is pretty good. It is light in texture and not too sweet. My favorite products at this shop though are the jalapeno and cheese sausage rolls and éclairs. I love the texture of the bread part of sausage roll and I love the kick from the jalapenos. As for the éclair, the cream filling is very delicious and not too sweet. I'm definitely coming back to try more products. This place is great for breakfast or brunch.

Best tasting donuts in Ft Worth (sorry Funky Town - you do win on creativity) and the prices are great. Fluffy, sweet, fresh and delicious!

Solid donuts and kolaches (however it is spelled) at great prices. It may not be eye pleasing but give them a shot if you are in the area.

The architecture was so captivating. It was a unique designed building. I checked out the reviews on here and they were good! So, I decided to drop in and... what a dream it was! DD&S was sort of camouflaged with other buildings and I almost walked into the wrong shop because, the buildings are so close together. I turned the corner and there it was, a tiny, tiny Donut shop with Silver Inflated Balloons that said, Donuts. Inside, Emily helped me out by explaining that the Donuts are made with yeast. I chose the original Glaze Donut and it was surprisingly good! It was soft and semi sweet. It was a large in size and kept me fulfilled and oh, so happy! Lol. Who would of thought? A Vegan Donut was so good! It's worth paying 3.00 plus tax. I was able to sample their much talked about Vegan Ice Cream. The Cookie Monster was by far my favorite. It was sweet, crunchy and colorful. They have other flavors like, Pistachio Blue Berry, Vanilla and Chocolate. The sample portion is very generous too. The Ice Cream was so flavorful and left a good taste in my mouth. It made me want more. I didn't feel guilty about it either since, it's Vegan. It was just like a dream. As you can see, I have crossed over to Vegan Donuts. I will gladly return soon and look forward to trying more items on the Menu. Don't do a hard pass on them. Check them out. They are located in the Medical Arts District.
