I bought the plain yogurt and chocolate. It taste creamy and not too sweet. I really love yogurt and hoping they will always consistent with what they have here. When I came it was so busy yet I got in and out within 5 mins which is great. read more

This place is always a mess when I come in! Today there was no one in the front I waited for an employee to come she didn't even greet me, all she said was "do you have a number". After I paid, she went straight to the back and came out only when another customer was ready to pay. I was there for about 15 minutes. I've walked in and walked right out before because of how unpleasant it looks. I should've done the same today. I didn't get her name because I didn't ask for a receipt. But I was there today 4-12 at 5:05 pm. You have an easy concept, shouldn't be hard to keep this place clean read more

I'm honestly really disappointed. The Strawberry mango was the best flavor you had, and it was the main reason I kept coming to Yogurtland. Finding out it's been discontinued was a huge letdown. I was also told that the Wednesday deal is gone. Between losing my favorite flavor and the promotion ending, my single bowl came out to $16, which feels like a complete rip-off for frozen yogurt. I used to enjoy coming here, but with higher prices and fewer reasons to visit, I'm not sure I'll be back. I hope you reconsider bringing back the Strawberry mango flavor and offering better deals for your customers. read more

I went in today after lunch, I caught the worker giving my 11 year old dirty looks why I have no idea, she gets her yogurt I was surprised at the price it was super small and only 2 sprinkles of toppings she charged me almost 9 bucks. I was going to give her exact change and she had the nerve to say they don't take Pennie's, instead of arguing with her when I work at a financial institution, I just paid the over priced fro-yo and left and won't be back. I'll take my Pennie's, exact change and business elsewhere read more

The staff is horrible there is no one ever I. The front . My son came in after his basketball game because he wanted some yogurt. When he put the car on sauce on it, he said it didn't taste right so we had my daughter try it and also me it didn't taste right. We let the staff member know who was in the back because they're never in the front. She got defensive and wants to go back-and-forth.. my son hadn't even ate the yogurt and less than 2 minute brought it back. This is our neighborhood Hill land so we've been we go there multiple times there's never any staff in the front but we don't trip off that but when you're going back-and-forth and we're telling you that something will taste right and then you're not even willing to to make it right that's a problem. We spent $12 on one yogurt and then didn't eat. It brought it back the same way that we got it and you want us to pay another amount for a new one a new yogurt. Hopefully this store gets better at their customer service and hire more staff. read more

Rating: 0 stars My son has a long brown and blonde hair in his yogurt. I wear braids- so it wasn't mine and his hair is not long. I called the store and the associate apologized and offered a replacement. I offered to send photos and she said it's okay. She said the manager would follow up. Manager never followed up. I go in a week later to claim the replacement and was met with a rude associate named Angelina who was dismissive and condescending. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused and kept pointing to the air stating "text that number". After three attempts of me trying to figure out what she was referring to, I found the number and texted. The manager was also dismissive and inadvertently called me a liar stating "I probably called the wrong store". I gave her exact times, dates, and the phone number I called (which Angelina didn't even know btw). I kindly explained AGAIN my experience and basically the manager didn't care and said she wouldn't honor the replacement. I will not patronize this place or any other one in the IE and I will also warn others! read more

My first visit on this location and I think I'm coming back with my grandkids especially on Tuesdays. Buy one and get the other 50% OFF on Tuesdays!!!! The place is kept clean and nice place to chill. Friendly staff. So many swirling flavors to choose from and I wanna try all of them. For now I tried the Coconut, strawberry and cheesecake with cheesebites , brownie and popping bobas plus drizzles of the caramel sauce and hot fudge. Yummmmmy on this hot day. A friend treated me to a cup of my chosen flavors and toppings. The staff was so nice and she helped me to get started with the mobile rewards app. Got my first 50 points towards my rewards upon signing up. read more

This place is trash! I have been to many many many Yogurt lands and by far this was the absolute worse. Yogurtland in South LA is 100 times nicer than this. I walked in 10 minutes before closing, and the place was an absolute disaster. The rap, trash music they were playing so loud you couldn't even hear yourself think. The yogurt machines were not calibrated properly. They didn't have the rings on them that make the shapes. One yogurt machine was just spitting yogurt all over the place. There were toppings all over the floors. I understand these girls probably had a very busy Saturday evening. But the music and the decimals made this experience so unenjoyable we will never go back. read more

Beware of this Location the employee seem to be lazy or something. I've been up there three separate times in the last month and a half, which is not real often but all three times they didn't have any whipped cream. I always like to put whipped cream on the top of my yogurt. I finally asked the lady she says well when it runs out, we don't make anymore , so what's the use? Seems lazy to me. I go to a different location now. read more

This location is always filthy and that is probably due to the absentee ownership. This happens in the franchise world often when owners are never around, and leave management to some stoned-out 17 year old manager. I would recommend that this owner lose his franchise. read more

I've had two incidents with this specific employee, so now writing a review. I used to go to the Yogurtland in North Fontana off of Summit. The employee in the picture gave me the wrong change, off a few bucks. Although I confronted her, I didn't escalate the situation and left. Tonight, I went to the Rialto location in the Renaissance Plaza. My total was $2.33, after applying a $5 coupon from my Yogurtland account. I gave her $20, walked away while counting my change, and before the next customer got run up, went back to tell the cashier that the change was off by $5. At that moment, I realized it was the same girl from the Fontana location. I told her she gave me the wrong change. Instead of dealing with my issue promptly, she proceeded to ring up the next person in line. Then, she said she had to deal with the line first, which lasted for about 10 minutes. At this point, I'm asking her what the hold up is. She explained that she has to look up my order. Hmmm.... wouldn't it be easier to deal with me first before letting all the customers in the last 10 mins be rung up, and then scroll through all those transitions? This made no sense! She expressed no urgency in helping me solve my problem. Another employee stepped in to try to figure out my issue. After blank stares back and forth between them, neither could figure out what went wrong. How do you "solve" the issue of wrong change by looking at a transaction? I don't know. After 30 minutes of arguing with them, I left (again) without anyone giving me my correct change back! I'm not sure what the scam is! How she's benefiting from this? Is the owner behind this? She is a shady employee! I wanna know if anyone else has had problems with her? Hopefully, her face on here will be a warning for others! Count your change right away and in front of her! read more

If I could give this location a 0 star I would I found a hair in my yogurt I didn't even take a picture I was so upset I threw it away what a waste of money ! The music was so loud the topping bar was so messy the floor was so sticky I'm just so disappointed in my experience read more

I put too much hot sauce on my Mongolian BBQ lunch so my mouth was burning. I needed something dairy to cool it down so the frozen yogurt was the perfect solution. This is a DIY yogurt shop. I like to try different flavors in the same cup. The pistachio and mango flavors are really good! There are plenty of toppings to choose from. I usually get assorted fruit and mochi balls. The mochi remains soft and chewy in the frozen yogurt. The shop is clean, the food areas well maintained. There is a no weigh day on Wednesdays so I will return to check that out. read more

Love this place. Lots of seasonal flavors. Service is pretty quick. Love that the toppings bar is self serve. Pricing adds up quickly. There are a few tables setup inside. I do love that everytime we come, we get a free souvenir, a spoon. They even get seasonal ones. read more

Only been to this location once but it was fab on a Sunday mid day. Toppings well stocked. All machines working. Great flavor selection. Easy parking. Employee was kind and helpful. Plenty of other people in the shop but not crazy busy. 5 stars all around. Keep it up. read more

4 Stars - A Go-To Spot, But Not Always Perfect I probably go to Yogurtland at least once a week (or every other week) because my daughter is obsessed, and honestly, I do enjoy it too. The variety of flavors and toppings is great, but there are definitely some inconsistencies that keep it from being a five-star experience. Sometimes the yogurt consistency isn't quite right--too icy, too soft, or just off. And while they usually have a good selection, there are times when the flavors don't hit like I'd hope. The toppings bar is nice, but it can get messy, especially when people let their kids go wild. On busy weekends, it's not uncommon to see less-than-fresh strawberries or just an overall lack of cleanliness at the counter. I get that it's a lot to keep up with since they usually only have one or two workers max, but it's noticeable. One of my biggest disappointments is that they got rid of No Weigh Wednesday. That was the best--we used to go and pile it on, but now it's gone, and the yogurt is pretty pricey. The rewards program is a nice perk, and my daughter definitely makes use of it, but I still miss that midweek deal. Overall, Yogurtland is a solid go-to for frozen yogurt, and I keep coming back. But if they stepped up the consistency and cleanliness, it would be even better! read more

Yogurtland always hits the spot! No complaints there! However, we arrived at 1155 W Renaissance Pkwy, Ste 520, Rialto, CA 92376 location excited and ready to enjoy our yogurt. Employee Fatima was very rude! Our excitement for yogurt definitely disappointed! We were standing next to the cash register to ask for sample cups, and she came over to help the customer that was ready to pay. She clearly saw us standing there didn't acknowledge us at all, helped the customer and then walked away towards the back, without letting us know she will be right with us or ask if we needed anything. We waited some more, she came back to help the next customer that was ready to pay and AGAIN she ignored us. Not until I spoke up (which interrupted her conversation with the customer) to ask for sample. She didn't make eye contact, she spoke very low and said "one moment" finished with the customer, walked over to get 2 sample cup gave them to me (only me). When she clearly saw that there were two people standing there waiting for samples. She was about to walk away and my boyfriend stopped her to ask if he can have samples as well. Again she said "one moment" started helping the next customer in line, although she wasn't finished with us yet. She got the sample and gave it to my boyfriend (ONE). All in all, no good customer service, at all, she was giving us upset faces like she really didn't want to help us. The only reason we left happy is because we were looking forward on enjoying the yogurt. I failed to ask the girl the helped us when paying, but although we have less then 5min of time with her, you can tell she would've helped us with better attitude and customer service. Yogurt was good! So can't complain about that. Thank you! We will be returning but not because of Fatima. read more

The worker had bad attitude today at 12:00 pm . This place needs to do better. This place is a complete disaster. The yogurt was great. But the attitude of the girl working there was terrible. We arrived at 9:35 on Friday 12/22. You can tell she was unhappy that we arrived so close to closing because she had a nasty, unhappy look on her face. Half of the toppings had lids on them so she was closing down early. When I opened one, she told me to get one of the spoons from the cup and said "please be careful" because she did t want me to make her do more work. We overall felt unwelcome. And the customer in front of us kept looking at her as well because I think she picked up on the vibe. This isn't the first time we've experienced unfriendly employees here. My wife and I talked after, if you are that miserable when customers "burden" you with your product, you should resign. read more

I was very disappointed when I went in today to treat my cousins. When I asked the staff if we can get new strawberries the response was these are fresh strawberries we just put them out. I asked her to look at the strawberries again because they look old and mushy and no one would want them. She proceeded to tell me that the manager wouldn't want her to switch them out because they're fresh and she would have to ask but most likely would be told no. So I asked her if it was possible to ask because again they're not the best. It took 5 mins before we got a response and they were switched out as if it was such a bother to ask for something more appealing and better quality for what we are paying for. read more

This is the absolute worst location I have been too! I have made multiple calls to the Corporate Office, sent emails and sent a text to the owner of this location, with NO RESPONSE. This place has many many problems that need to be fixed immediately! There is debris in the yogurt that is coming out of the machine. It looks like speckled metal or dirt. There is cross contamination with the toppings bar. The counters, machines, tables and floors are dirty. No cleaning is happening. The young ladies working are very abrasive and unprofessional. The HQ's need to look at this location, and the owner/franchisee needs to fix it ASAP. This is not the quality of Yogurtland! read more

I tried solving the problem with you Melisa, but it is obvious to me that customer service is the part of the business that your Rialto location doesn't understand. The problem is not just in your employees but also in management... I am not asking for nothing for free. I could had walked out of there and not buy anything at all, but I am very conscious and fair by nature and I wanted to do the right thing. If money is more important to you than have morals and do right to your customers, I can assure you that I will tell anyone I know not to go to Yogurtland and of course I will not longer be one of your customers. I hope for your business that you review your customer service policies and work on that. Wish you the best and I hope that the 1.50 dollars that you wanted me to have as free yogurt will multiply for you to fulfill the companies greed. FYI... I have one start in my review because the app doesn't allow me to continue unless I give you any starts. read more

Same excellent quality product s d same diverse variety of flavors. However, as if my visit in August 30 2023 they have drastically reduced the size of their containers. On "no weigh Wednesday " there was only one size cups on the rack and filling it to the hilt for $7.99 for and snout was a rip off. I was there last week in August 23 and as usual filled up my cup (now known as the old cup) and felt the price was reasonable. Now not so much with the cup size change. I will not patronize this brand anymore. read more

Essentially located on Ayala DR and renaissance -- if you're on the 210 just exit Ayala. Entirely new shopping plaza, and Yogurtland is making its mark, obviously new construction, so with that comes modern everything, new machines etc. I love the fact that Yogurtland is "pick your own " and "add your own toppings" unlike one of the original frozen yogurt places pinkberry (if they're even around anymore). Over 15 frozen yogurts to choose from and tons of toppings to choose from. Pack it up as much as you want or as little as you want, pricing is based on weight. Friendly staff, great frozen yogurt, prime location, entirely new development -- this is great for the city of Rialto! Will definitely be back! read more

I love Yogurt Land but this one is always so dirty when I come. Isn't it supposed to be a NEW location? It is our only Yogurt Land in Rialto and it's treated like they don't give a crap about it. Yogurt Lands are typically small, why is it so hard to keep such a small place clean and presentable? About 3 flavors weren't working or out and as seen in the pics it's just messy.... Pretty standard yogurtland. Only complaint is that they really shouldn't let kids serve themselves. They are very messy and the kids are not very sanitary with the scoops, sometimes even grabbing the food with their hand. Maybe a sign that only adults can serve ? Went in tonight at around 9:20 as soon as I open the door I wasn't greeted with a welcome I was greeted with "we only accept card" with attitude I'm guessing because they had already counted the till. At that moment I knew the girls weren't happy I was there that close to closing time. The chairs were already put away and two of the machines had two dirty buckets on them. The girl with the piercing on her nose just kept on looking at me serve my toppings making sure I didn't drop anything.
