Went this morning to get bread. I guess during the morning rush at 7am never been their first time customers kept getting help and the girl was just ignoring me until I ask her. Where do I order and then she was like the lines right there then I was like I've been here for a while. You haven't said anything you keep helping people that you just keep walking in. I guess your regulars. Just kidding me. When is my time to order the bread I want she disappears like for a minute and then a different girl shows up. WOW Finally ordered the bread for the shop when they open the boxes I see that she didn't put what I asked for terrible experience will never go here again bad customer service rude girls. They need to be trained properly if they don't like their jobs they can quit. Oh yeah, place was dirty too. read more

Oh my, I just have to say, their Rosca del Reyes bread is amazing! So many flavors at each bite. Highly recommend but make sure to call ahead of time read more

I went to purchase bread and it was a bad experience since the beginning. The lady that helped me asked me if I was done on one side because I had asked her for bread on the other side, twice. She seemed bothered that I was asking questions about the bread and all I asked was if the bread had filling. I asked if I can have a box since the bread was for an event and she said there were too many people waiting for her to put the bread in a box. I mentioned that's fine I can put it in the box but if I can please have a box. She ended up not giving me the top to the box. I always ask small businesses to give me their card so when I take food for events the people can see where the food was purchased. But I didn't ask for theirs due to my experience. I will not be returning to this place. I rather drive 15 more minutes to avoid ever experiencing this again. read more

Their pumpkin empanadas are the best! So soft, fresh, sweet and a good size! But over all a great selection of pan!

The bread here is really good. Just expect a long line out the door. There is some scary. Spooky story behind this bakery. Look it up on line and you will find out. read more

Best Mexican sweet bread in town. This is the place always has a great selection of bread. The bolillos are fresh and always available. They also have thres leches cake. read more

The service in there is good and they have a good people working in there and the pan dulce las conchitas are my favoritas

I wanted to try this place one more time, but this time, the bread didn't seem fresh. The last time probably half the bread was ok. And for the price they charge, I won't be trying this place again. They may bake in advance which may not seem the best way to do it. If they make every day, then I don't know why they can still be open for business. I'll have to find someplace else. read more

Their bread is very delicious not dry. This is the place I go to all the time. I would definitely recommend going to this bakery.

Went in this morning and the cashier tenders out the order, only to short me change. I think she thought I didn't understand her because I ordered in English, but I know what nueve cincuenta y cinco means. Quite frankly, numbers are basic things to know in Spanish. So when I gave her a $20 bill, she gave my change back, I had my hands full of pan dulce and champurrado so I trusted the cashier as any, walked to my car gripping onto my money for life, finally sat in my car and counted the change back. $8.50 ! Are you kidding me? Learn how to count the difference before applying at a job that requires you to operate and handle a cash register. No stars for robbing customers. read more

This is my favorite place for mexican sweet breads and pastries. I've been coming here for several years and I've always had excellent customer service. Staff is friendly and the bread is delicious with a large variety to choose from. Prices are very reasonable, today I bought 18 pieces for a family get together and paid $22. My family loved them. They even have special occasion cakes which were beautiful. Great little place! read more

My wife and I were looking for some pan dulce and have seen this place before. Upon entering, they're following social distancing and masking, which is important to note before visiting. There is a wide selection of breads and small cakes as well as drinks. We opted for the conchae, bollilos, and flan as well as tres leches. The bread is cooked fresh and the service is prompt as well as friendly. In regard to taste, everything was really good and we will definitely return when we get the chance. read more

Came here late In the day not expecting much to be left as it was late. They had a full assortment of pan dulce and then bakers in the back where busy cranking out more tasty baked goods. I came at the right time as only one person in front of me. When it was my turn there was at least 5 more people waiting inside and out. Ordered a variety of pan dulce and all have been tasty and moist. The carrot cake was nice and moist and not overly sweet with the frosting. The conchas where super tasty and had an almost buttery taste with each bite. Seen a lot of reviewers about service but it seemed okay to me. Lady asked what I wanted I pointed and she bagged what more do I need. Other then getting this tasty pan dulce in my belly!!!!!! read more

Great people and good pastries. They are always very nice when I come in and my Spanish is pathetic and they always help out.

This place was wonderful! The moment you walk in you are met with the delicious smell of baked bread. They have an extremely large variety and if I tell you they have at least 1000 pieces of bread it's an incredible understatement! And it's all FRESH AND SOFT!!! The prices are decent and the service was good, too. read more

Too bad this place is out my way! But worth my drive. I haven't found a good Panaderia in the area. My family and I go around tasting conchas. That is a signature bread for every Mexican bakery. This is must know how to cook item! I've gone at different times of the day to this Panaderia and they never failed us. Their bread is always coming out the oven and freshly made. Their conchas are delicious! Soft and flavorful! read more

I pulled over to a bakery I saw open and said oh my baby would love some pan dulce for the morning let me get down, unfortunately as I pulled the door handle open it was locked with a Bright neon light stating it was open it was 9:10pm. The rude women inside just stared at me and laughed, the body language said it all with two females. Wow I was pissed off because I'm bringing you business and my family a treat how rude of you to be that way. I'm telling all my family and friends and a few business owners in the area never to come here. Just for that rude behavior. Childish behavior will lead you to be seen as nothing more than read more

Best pan dulce I've ever had! I drive an hour just to get some. My entire family loves it!

I had been looking for a place to with good pan dulce for a while now. Most places are ok but they don't hit the spot or don't taste authentic enough. I read the reviews of this place and was concerned about the customer service complaints. At first I didn't want to go, but then I remembered I am from Mexico and we serve our pan dulce with coffee and some emotional damage. And I began remembering how it was like going to "La Panaderia" in Mexico, and how the panadero would ask : "que va a llevar gordita!? No se enoje es de cariño! So I decided to try this place out and it did not disappoint! The bread was amazing! And to be honest my introverted side appreciates the lack of enthusiasm the staff has when they say "Hi"! read more

Customer service is horrible! Just like everyone else stated, the young girl that takes your order is Rude! For no reason. I walked out of there annoyed. She really is taking the business down. Which sucks cause the bread there is really good but I'm going somewhere else where they don't act stupid with customers. read more

Mal servicio y no tienen lo que ofrecen pedimos algo y nos hicieron esperar mucho tiempo, y al final no nos atendieron.

This review is based on my event this past weekend. We've bought two cakes before and they were great. Unfortunately for this past weekend for my fathers 60th surprise party the cake was supposed to be his surprise. Well let's say that didn't happened my sister picked up the cake and they told her whoever took the order didn't write the information correctly, not are fault that's your employee secondly we showed the worker a picture of there own photos on yelp which design we wanted. For the inconvenience they only refunded my sister $20 dollars really that cake was over 100 dollars. It looked like a child did it they basically threw plastic animal figurings ‍If that was the case could've gone to sams club for a basic cake at a much cheaper price! read more

Oh my goodness, I love this place. I actually became aware of it when the owner's daughter had a baby and they brought the nurses a TON of bread and pan dulce. The sweetest family. And you know, I do see the other reviews about the service. But whatever. They make some insane things here. I've always searched around for the best panaderia and this is by far the best I've found in a long time. Don't worry about the staff or the service. If you want great pan dulce, suck it up and come get it here. AND, if you come on the weekends, there's a vendor selling great tamales in the morning. read more

I love how beautiful the cakes are on their Instagram and i was planning on ordering one for December 3. Ive been trying to put the order in for A MONTH already. Ive gone to the location 5 different times already. The first time I was told the lady that makes the cakes wasn't their. To come back another day, she will be their from 7-2. I went back a few days later and i was told the same thing again... but it was before 2. Fine. Then every time after that was the same thing till I finally got a price but i wasn't able to place my order till 2 weeks before the event. I waited that one week i went yesterday to place my order and once again! "Shes not here right now." Went back today, "you have to place your order 3 days before your event." WHAT?! So long story short, Im not getting my cake here. Waste of time! read more
