I was in need of a birthday cake and cupcakes for my grandsons 6th birthday party so I found this bakery as I wanted a "custom" cake ...WELL...the cake designer spoke with me in detail and along with pictures that I provided agreed that she would deliver what I was wanting !!? NOT!!! It turned out to be a complete nightmare, I had my husband pick up the cake/cupcakes for me as I was busy setting up decorations. First off it was a two tier cake and upon moving the cake to put in car the top tier started sliding off!! I came to find out that there were no anchors from top tier to bottom layer to give it support ( not to mention the extreme amount of icing between layers causing the sliding )!? I had given her a pic of the cake design to be put on top tier which was the face of "Pikachu" on it (refer to pic) but what I got was "Pikachu" the horror flick! ( also refer to pic) and lets talk about the frosting, it was so thick that the cake was all frosting and an oily looking frosting not at all buttercream with very little cake hidden in the mass of frosting and tsame with cupcakes, piles and piles of icing and we had ordered half chocolate and half white cake but all were white cake and half of them were burnt !! I took one cupcake and showed the owner the difference in the burnt cupcake and he refused to admit it? I took the complete lowered tier of the cake along with the cupcakes back because my guests that did taste the cake were disgusted by the enormous amount of icing and they said the cake was very dry and so the cake/cupcakes were not eaten? Since I had immediately called the bakery right after my husband brought the cake/cupcakes and I saw the "monstrosity" that they made for my party and the owner said if I return he cake/cupcakes immediately he would give me my money back??? He knew good and well that hosting a party that was not an option for us to leave again? So first thing Monday I returned to the bakery with cake/cupcakes in hand ( except for the cake/cupcakes that I had thrown in he trash) but no matter how visual my complaint was, by pointing out all the issues with their order delivery, and even with all the issues presented the owner would not admit to any and refused to return my money, even though he could see what all my complaints were about and why!! So needless to say that was $215.00 wasted and not to mention the embarrassment I felt having to present my guests AND grandson with such a poorly disgusting looking cake that looked like it was made at home by a novice homemaker not an authentic viable bakery....please review attached pics and visualize why this bakery has received this review on YELP, if I can prevent anyone else from going thru the kind of disappointment and embarrassment that this bakery put on me then Ive done my just duty? BTW and as I said the owner could had cared less!? read more

My Go to panaderia bread went a little up in price but it's still good always fresh. The service is good, quick and easy. If you go early there's not as many moscas flying around just fyi but over all good place for pan Dulce cravings. read more

My mom really likes the bakery so I decided to buy some a dozen from them. I bought pork, chicken & cheese with jalapenos. The masa was a little dry, 10% was meat & 90% was masa. Wouldn't be buying tamales from them again. A mi mama le gusta mucho la panadería, así que decidí comprarles una docena. Compre de puerco, pollo y rajas con jalapenos. La masa estaba un poco seca, y 10% era carne y el 90% era masa. No volvería a comprarles tamales aqui. read more

Best bread in the county! Fresh, flavorful and a great variety, not overpriced my friends and family always request that i bring them bread

I wish I never found this place. Now we go all the time because it's so deLISH. Not only do we make sure we have our weekend stash, but we make sure our Moms have theirs. Everything we get is fresh, and if they last longer then 2-days they are still fresh and still have the crunch when they're supposed too. As long as they stay open, I'll keep coming. read more

The girl at the counter was rude after asking for white concha's she brings out a tray with brown ones I told her white she said these are it I told her I didn't want them then she still put them in bag with a smirk!! I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! Don't waste your money and head on over to Lesley's bakery where staff is friendly and pandulce is so fresh!! read more

My family and I used to really love this place we used to come here all the time for all our family events, birthday parties, funerals weddings, you name it. I really wanted to have some of my culture at my engagement party so we ordered a whole bunch of mini breads to have at the party. I sent a friend to go pick it up for me. Everything was already paid for but when she arrived, they told her that it was going to be five dollars extra, which is crazy because I had paid two days in advance and they said that they quoted me wrong on top of that. They were super rude to her and didn't even acknowledge her when she came in I'm disappointed at how they treated her and I don't know if we'll be visiting for a while. read more

Cash only, cheap, delicious!!! This is the only place I'll go for my pan dulce because they have a section that is only 50 cents each!!! It's all fresh and they always get me in and out quickly. Plus I like that La Virgen watches it :) read more

**DO NOT BUY HERE, BAKER DIDN'T WEAR A MASK, COUGHING AND HACKING OVER OPEN MIXER AND NOT EVEN COVERING HIS MOUTH!!** While waiting for the lady at the counter to finish texting, the older man who was using the big mixer...HAD NO MASK AND STARTED COUGH AND HACKING!! When the lady with the orange hair finally came to help me, I said "is he not going to wear a mask, he is coughing!" All the orange haired lady did was give me a dirty look. Really? Disgusting! This place was just utterly disgusting. They had flies trapped in one of the cases of bread. We had already ordered our pan dulces THANKFULLY from the other case before realizing that. The bread itself was nothing impressive. My husband said this used to be the spot to get pan.... key word USED to be. I will never ever go back here read more

Bread here is ok, lady that works here is very nice and helpful. Gets very busy. I highly dislike that you have to ask for the bread you want because its behind the counter. I usually like to choose my own. Only cash at this place. read more

Whole building has a roach infestation! Maria's bakery fumigated often ( use to work at this building ). I didn't. Last working at one of the buildings location because of the roaches. So I did see this place fumigate. At the time the other shops didn't fumigate. Roaches in between walls. It was just disgusting . Tried getting bread here a couple times but just walked out. The floored where dirty. If you can't keep the face of the business looking clean. How's the back that where the food is prepared? read more

The best Mexican sweet bread around. Always fresh.

All I can say is amazing! I found this place on yelp and the picture that drew me to this was the one of people waiting in line to get cake. I love this bakery their bread is always fresh! Sometimes you might get yesterday's bread but it's not that bad! The bolillo is the best in town! It's soft and delicious not like other bakery's who's are hard you can't even bite down without hurting your mouth. read more

This bakery has the best "bolillo" (like a steak sandwich roll) and sweet Mexican bread in the Inland Empire. The bread stays soft for days vs. others that it's hard like rock the next day. Bread is baked throughout the day and people at times are waiting fir the next warm batch. Highly recommend this bakery. read more

Want good pan dulce!? This is the place. Good prices and fresh bread. Best place to go to around here. I love the cheesecake type, not sure what it's called, but lawd! Sooo good. Only down side is that they only take cash. read more

Y'all should put prices on the bread. Who knows if they price them as you ask lol!! It's decent. I'd rather drive to Pomona for some dope bread at spikes. Just my opinion read more

This place is great!!! I would give it 4.5 rating because they close early I go late because evening hours expect a line. Parking is a struggle and line can sometimes be confusing. If they know this to be a problem maybe suggesting extra staff during busy hours I could assume many customers are aware of that and end up leaving and avoid frustration. In the end yes the bread is good!! read more

Never this place again is not well maintained all the bread is in bags who knows for how long I bought today bolillo bread and it was so hard that I end up throwing it away they need to have more knowledge how to keep the bread fresh it was just nasty read more
