I went in today at around 4:30, there was only one person doing the toppings by himself and you can tell he was doing his best. There was someone in the back who wasn't doing anything, and by now there was a line forming. I'm not sure if the employee at the front was new because he had no name tag but either give him a raise or he needs to find a new job. However, compared to the Pink something something i went to last time I wanted to get yogurt, this place is so so much more fun and yogurt goodness. The longer they stay open, the more people will come. They hotter it is outside, the more longer the lines will be. As for sample cups and try the yogurt and top it off with your choice of sweets. I have become a regular at this place since i take kiddies from my daycare 2-3 x per month. Always clean, and all the fruit toppings are fresh and containers of regular toppings are full. Avoid this yogurtland and go to Menchies at Vanowen and Corbin instead. Aside from the fact that they rarely switch out flavors, the staff is unresponsive and unhelpful and most of the time they're hanging out in the back anyway. Today was the last straw when my kid spilled all of his ice cream cup all over the floor seconds after I paid and they wouldn't let him get any more unless I paid again. I doubt this is a company policy as I've seen other yogurtlands accommodate sad, ice cream dropped children. Go elsewhere! read more

I'm only giving one star because I have no option for zero. The establishment is filthy. The flors look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. To top it all off my 6 year old dropped his frozen yogurt second after I paid for it and as expected began to cry. and the clerk MARIO refused to let him get a new one. They were rude to my mom and kicked her out from their outside seating. She's visually impaired and sometimes has to wait for her vehicle at the establishment after her doctor appointments . Once in a while she gets something from them but this time she was humiliated while sitting down. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal but the employee said she was disrupting people and that their manager wanted her to leave. Really? Another customer told her that she should ignore the employee because she wasn''f doing anything wrong but my mom left and tried standing somewhere else even through she was in a great amount of pain. So the 2 stars are primarily for the cleanliness and not have all mix ins in stock. There was someone's hair over the mix ins. Didn't look like anyone was cleaning around here! They were super busy however there was only 2 people working! I think they should have had more as there was a constant line the whole 30 Minutes that I was there! I love their cheesecake bites and they were out of them. They should make sure they don't run out of products like that! Only reason I gave them 2 stars is that their yogurt is amazing and they still have the mango tart and strawberries and cream! There other location in Woodland Hills got rid of it! Very small location with limited indoor seating, come during the off-hours or you are going to be cramped and have limited topping options! This location is clean, and the staff is really nice and friendly. The outdoor seating is sandwiched between a busy 4 lane street and a parking lot, so don't expect too much... but if you are out on a beautiful day and feel like getting some frozen yogurt, this is for sure an option. read more

Went to this location on a Monday night with my mother. Given the COVID-19 situation, we weren't sure what to expect. Our nerves settled right when Ervin greeted us. My mother and I were the only ones in the shop for a few seconds. Suddenly, there was a rush of customers. Ervin was all by himself and he did fantastic! I personally enjoy going to Yogurtland above other frozen yogurt places. The only downside relevant to the location is that the back parking is small. The selection options for flavors are diverse and changes constantly,band there are many toppings available. Price is based on weight, but it is reasonable. I'm liking some of the newer flavors that are less candy-ish and more fruity, although I'm guessing everything is powder based. Still, love the frozen yogurt. I'm just not a fan of the layout of this location. They squeeze you into a corner to get you in line and when there's a bunch of people tasting yogurt it just gets too busy. Also, they rarely have berries anymore. All the fresh fruit is disappearing and turning into shelf ready products. There goes the healthy image. I went to this location of Yogurtland in search of a sweet and healthy treat. The lines are usually long which indicates a sign of goodness. There are so many flavors to choose from and I usually like the peanut butter and chocolate flavors when they are in stock. Regardless of the flavors available, everything is better with coconut and fruity boba on them. Price is never an issue, since most of the yogurt shops run about the same. I don't mind paying for a good product and friendly service. This location usually has around 16 flavors of yogurt with countless dry, wet or fruity toppings. I feel so comfortable in here as the employees greet you when you come into the door. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes frozen yogurt with a smile. This location is pretty small, which means the topping selection is pretty small as well. They have a little outside dining area which is pretty nice. I like that the staff will greet you as you come in and offer sample cups which I feel you have to hunt down at other froyo places. The machines are all so frigging slow. So be prepared to wait in line for a while. The parking isn't so bad. It's on the same lot as Walgreens and a medical center, but I believe the medical center's parking is toward the back. The most ghetto YL ever. From its tiny, triangular-shaped room where the glass dividers cram everyone into a line that doesn't move, to its dirty, never-clean topping bar. Customers re-use sample cups to taste every flavor, parents watch as their kids stick their fingers into the machines to try the yogurt w/o sample cups, owners so cheap they can't even hire a 3rd person to work the floor to ensure everything is kept clean and well-stocked. The kids working the counter looked stressed, under-paid and VERY unhappy to be there. I'd fairly say that's a prime example of the "trickle-down theory": Bad boss, bad company, bad working environment, employees do a bad job and don't work very hard because they're over-worked and unhappy and try to care but don't have enough help to do a good job. Save your hard-earned $'s and go elsewhere, like Tutti Frutti on Sherman Way-it's always clean there, and costs way less per ounce. read more

Ok. I like yogurt land.. the YOGURTLAND IN SHERMAN OAKS! This place has the strangest lay out I have ever seen. It is a HUGE free standing building, but inside, there is only I would say about nine and a half feet of room between the self serve yogurt bar, and the wall.. People are mashed together like so many of the toppings I put on the frozen yogurt. The staff is nice, and the parking is -ok-... But go to this location as a last resort.
