BEST SERVICE ! great workers. will be back. Night shift is great even when you come in close to closing lol.

We stopped in for a late-night snack after our late-night dinner. We parked in our usual little spot and decided to go in and get our yum yum. As we got out of the car and were just about to the front, one of the employees poured a bucket of soapy water all over the sidewalk in front of the store. I felt bad having to walk through it and then into the store, but sadly that's what happened. We grabbed our cups and headed to the frozen yogurt machines. I chose toasted coconut and cheesecake for my base. The topping selection was standard. I went with Fruity Pebbles, mochi, a peach ring, a few gummy bears, some graham cracker crumbs, and some mango. I rarely get mango because it's usually unripe, hard, and sour, but this time some of it was perfect, so I picked through and grabbed a few ripe pieces. I felt like my mix was perfect. I do remember when these cups of dessert used to cost much less. I'm sure inflation is a contributing factor. read more

Absolute terrible service. Usually, they're okay, but today was unacceptable. There was a "difficult" customer in front of us, she had a severe peanut allergy so she needed toppings grabbed from the back. The young girl that was working the register went to the back and brought out some Oreos and gummy worms in a little plastic cup. The customer wanted more gummy worms and some popping boba, which the worker goes to the back and is gone for a while. Comes back with 4 cups of Oreos. Customer tells her what she actually asked for and she goes BACK to get them, comes back with popping boba, but says they're out of gummy worms. Girl only brought out like 4 gummy worms to start with, you're telling me they kept the BIG bag of gummy worms to hold only 4 worms back there? I understand working with difficult customers, since I work in retail myself, but you can't shut down and not help. We also asked if they were out of plain yogurt or if the machine was broken. She walked to the back, came back, and said "it doesn't work." Then proceeded to do NOTHING about anything. Us, the customers, had to tell other customers that the machine isn't working. There was another guy working who did nothing to help the other worker and the line was piled up to the cups station. He asked if someone was being helped, stared down the line, and the filled up the toppings, as if they were low... Terrible, Yogurtland. Worst one yet. Get your act together. read more

I am a twin mom & I am always looking for places to entertain my kiddos & we stopped by this location, and Cynthia provided amazing customer service. She was so sweet and helpful & very patient with my little ones. I Will be coming back to this location!! They had all their toppings in stock and clean!! read more

Best yogurt is the coconut and plain tart. We love the place and the customer service is always so nice makes you feel at home. Thank you !!! read more

They never have any of their flavors. Vanilla and chocolate only. The two girls are on their phones at the front as you walk in and don't greet you or anything. Asked about strawberry and was told I had to wait 5-10 min. Waited 10 and the ice cream Was still soup. Their attitudes SUCK. Go somewhere else because clearly they don't GA flying F about their jobs or the customers. read more

I LOVE the worker daniella she is the goat and the best worker oat. The interior is SUPER nice.

They didn't have plain, which is what my family and I came for. The topping bar was super filthy and there was a fly buzzing all around it. We haven't gone to Yogurtland in a while and we probably won't be coming back. ): read more

New location is s great - always great in general just missed some flavors unfortunately. But happy this location is close to home finally thank you. read more

First off horrible service. We came in at 11:45p and they were acting like they're closed already, mind you it says 12a closing with their OPEN sign on. However, when I went inside they had all the fruits put away, all of the tons put away so, 1. Not allowing me to grab toppings of my choice in a sanitary manner making me grab stuff by putting my hands on the toppings and Patricia just watching me and 2. Not having all of the toppings out for the HOSPITABLE SERVICE, AND also employees looking mad like they're not getting paid to be there. I expect better service when I'm paying $18 dollars for this. read more

Best place to get yogurt. Everything was stocked and clean. Girls that work there are very nice

I checked in last week to treat myself to some fun and refreshing Strawberry Yogurt and had a lovely time! The Team Members kept the line well stocked with a rainbow of tantalizing toppings and I built a beautiful mix of Strawberry Shortcake Yogurt with fresh strawberries, kiwi, and peanuts. I needed to charge my phone and appreciates how there was an outlet available for us to use! The Team Member working that night also kept me in high quality company as we broke down our Favorite Comic Book Movies and how they compared to the Original Source Material. The only part of the experience that could've used improvement was the cleanliness of the Tables and Restrooms! They could use more regular wipe downs to make the experience more comfortable for guests read more

I think there is something for everyone at Yogurtland. The self-serve concept is simple. Choose the flavor(s) that appeal to you. You can have one, two, three or more flavors and/or toppings, it's entirely up to you. There are flavors that remain each month, while others are swamped to bring in limited and seasonal flavors. The yogurt cup will be "weighed," so plan accordingly. They do offer specials and rewards on their app. The current Promo Code I see is for free delivery. That is entirely a new idea for me. I have never ordered one to be delivered to me because I like to choose each item myself. My thought is the free delivery is a good idea for someone like me to go for it! Enjoy your treat, and don't forget to tell 'em that Rosemary sent ya!! read more

Yogurtland - 3 flavors and one topping $7 - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Eastvale, California

I showed up 30 minutes ago and there were 2 girls working and cleaning the machines having us wait for 10 minutes or longer. They also denied other 2 customers a yogurt flavor that was on display. The workers didn't apologize for the wait nor cared to help. Once they put back the machines more than half the flavors were out including vanilla chocolate and plain tart. We wasted our time there waiting for flavors that we didn't know were going to be out it would've been nice getting a heads up so they wouldn't keep us waiting. Worst customer service ever unbelievable!! read more

Showed up at 10pm on a Saturday night for them to let me know they are no longer providing testers for the night with half of the flavors out of service / in cleaning. The girl at the cashier was nice at least. read more

I brought my wife to Yogurtland on 6/28/26 at 9:00pm expecting a pleasant experience, but unfortunately it was anything but. The store was extremely dirty, with yogurt and brownie pieces all over the floor. My wife nearly slipped because of the mess, which was very concerning. What made the situation even more disappointing was that there were three employees on duty who appeared to be standing around talking instead of cleaning or helping customers. The toppings bar was messy, with condiments mixed together, and the area around the scale was filthy. Overall, the store looked neglected and poorly maintained. This was a very disappointing visit. Cleanliness and customer safety should be a top priority, and unfortunately, neither seemed to be taken seriously during our visit. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers have a much better experience. read more

I usually come after working out for a post workout snack. Why is this location terrible with their customer service? I have yet to come in once and even be acknowledged. When being rung up, the person working the register just weighs and blurts out the total. I usually come an hour before closing and it always feels like you're being rushed to get out so they can clean and close up. read more

This is my kids' favorite spot for frozen yogurt. No matter how many new flavors come out, we always end up getting the original. It is just that good and nothing else seems to beat it. read more

I have never been to such a bad Yogurtland, I came in expecting the great customer device that Yogurtland always seems to excel in. There was a lady with a maroon purple shirt and she was not attending to customers at all. She seemed very distracted and as if she didn't take her job seriously. I'm pretty sure it was the manager and this Yogurtland needs to seriously reconsider who they have as their main representative of Yougurtland and the person that's supposed to be MANAGING this location. read more

We love Yogurtland, however this location is the worst Yogurtland we've ever been to. Half of the flavors were not available because "the machines are broken." The flavors that were available were liquidy, because."we Just opened a little while ago, so they aren't ready yet." Perhaps have staff come early enough so that when you open your doors, your yogurt is available? Staff wasn't friendly or pleasant. It was a bummer because we've never had an unpleasant Yogurtland exigence before today/ read more

I want to report that this pink berry location restroom is horribly dirty. I can't believe it. My husband and I stop by for yogurt before a watching a movie next door. My husband was very grossed out of how dirty filthy the restroom of this location is. Here is the thing, we wondered if the restroom is super dirty, how about the location machines, serving spoons, etc. I am reporting this matter so it gets taken care of for other customers. read more

This Place was filthy and disgusting. The topping bar was a mess and there were toppings all over the floor. All the yogurts tasted freezer burnt and were super liquidy. Both Employees were just standing around doing absolutely nothing. I don't expect much from a self serve yogurt place, but this place was awful. read more

My kids and I were craving yogurtland so we decided to go last night around 9pm. - was easy plenty of parking so you don't have to worry about that. Upon entering we were greeted by Yvanna with a smile. All the taster cups are on top of the glass where the toppings are so feel free to help yourself. They have plenty of yogurt options my favorite one is the tart! Now the toppings, so much. My kids love the sprinkles, sour belts, fresh fruit and the face that everything was kept clean. Usually at yogurtland at another location the toppings are messy. At this one everything was nice and well kept. Yvanna helped us at checkout and she was delightful. So friendly and very kind to us. Inside the store was nice and clean! I def will be coming back! read more

We went on a random Tuesday around 5 pm ish and there wasnt any line. So we took our time picking out our foyo and toppings. I got the small size and hubs got large size cups. The flavors were limited, and there wasn't any specific one that was eye catching, lol I got the sorbet, vanilla, and oreos and cream, topped with some cherries, mochi bites, cheesecake bites, and a wafer. There was only 1 person working, but that wasn't a problem. He knew what he was doing. We ate and enjoyed our froyo inside and saw groups of people who eventually lined up for their froyos and the staff kept his friendliness and the line moving. read more

See all

Was super disappointed when the doors were locked before 12am (their listed closing time) and the employees ignored us while they were making their own yogurts with toppings then looked over and said "we're closed" while eating their frozen yogurt...before the listed closing time... incredibly unprofessional. I come here often and after this experience I don't want to come back, and would recommend not coming as their customer service is incredibly mediocre at best.. read more

This is the last time we will visit YogurtLand. Two medium cups with toppings...$24. Really?! We came in about 1-2 months ago and pretty much the same amount of yogurt was $15. I get the minimum wage increase, but come on. An almost $10 increase in price is crazy. See photo and let me know if it looks like $24 worth. Either your price went up like crazy or your scale is way outta whack. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place was a mess. First me and a couple people walk in and there's a line (not complaining about that), more than half of their flavors are out. I told the shirt guy with curly hair and he said he'd fix it but didn't because ten minutes go by and the same flavors are still out if not more. I chose some flavor they had but after my cup that one ran out too. Ridiculous! I move to their station with the fruit and it was a mess as well. Blueberries and other fruit in the strawberries and everything mixed up with everything. The floor was a mess, spills of yogurt everywhere, and service was bad. I did what I could then to look up and hear one of the employees say that they are now only accepting cash. Do better at this location. Everything a mess. Employees inconsiderate. I wasn't the only one who walked out of this circus. read more

Garbage flavors ...again!? What is wrong with the management here? We don't need like 9 kinds of peach. Once again came in and left without buying...as did two girls right behind me. Horrible. read more

My first time coming here since the pandemic. They did a great job with enforcing covid protocols. The male employee working was very sweet, polite and welcoming which was nice as well. When you walk in there are no chairs or tables out and the toppings bar is wrapped up to avoid cross contamination from customers. They have disposable gloves for customer use so that you don't have direct contact with the frozen yogurt machines which is reassuring. Once you fill your cup you can place your cup on top of the toppings bar and let the employees know what toppings you want. Very convenient! I love me some froyo so I am happy to see they are still open during these tough times. I wish I got the workers name but I was too excited about my froyo that I forgot to ask. Either way he definitely made this a quick and pleasant visit. read more

This is the most dirtiest yogurt land I have ever been too . More than half the machines were down and there were only five flavors available . The frozen yogurt was everywhere . The toppings bar was a hot mess there was chocolate syrup everywhere , gummy bears mixed with chocolate chips . I understand it's an hour before closing but it was insane how dirty it was . If it's that dirty in the front I could only imagine how dirty it is in the back . I will avoid coming to this place at all costs . read more

This location is packed! And for a good reason as they always advertise special limited edition flavors for the month. Came in to try their boba flavored and Thai tea flavored ones, and they didn't really resemble the boba drinks well. So I would skip the limited edition ones and go for the usual fruit-based or tart ones so I wouldn't be as disappointed. read more

No chocolate or hot fudge. Peaches were horrible. Out of so many flavors. Employees in knowledgeable!! Never again!!

I used to really like this place, but I don't know what's going on with the management lately. Every time I stop by, they're out of several flavors, and the Simply Yogurt tastes completely off--it's overly sweet and tastes more like sugar syrup than yogurt. It was honestly pretty awful. I'm really disappointed with how things have changed here. I won't be coming back. read more

If I can give no stars I would! Who the heck leaves 3 immature teens to work without an adult present? My son finished his baseball season and I ran to grab the boys gift cards as a treat for them for a great season. As soon as I walked in they were at the register no greeting just chatting. Then I ask if I may have ten $10 gift cards the girl at the register was not happy moaned and said "oh no" then started doing two gift cards at a time then one the boy then told her "you know you can do more than one" she replied to him "I know but" shrugged his suggestion he then said to her "she looks pissed" well yes i am pissed who the hell has a conversation like that in front of the customer. so I was only able to get 9/10 gift cards because that's all the system allowed her to do. I went in the car explained to my husband and son that he would not get one in his players basket because of XY&Z. we come this place because we have never had an issue like this. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I would not be coming back here. read more

This place has gone down hill fast. I'm going to assume the owners are not involved or they have no help from corporate on how to run the business. We have tried multiple times and each time it gets worse and worse. I brought a group of 12 people on 4/30 and they only had 4 flavors available at 8:30pm. If you haven't tried Menchies off Hidden Valley then your missing out. The place has amazing flavors and the employees are great! I will now drive 15 min out of the way to enjoy this location. Maybe yogurt land will shut down so we can get a Menchies in Eastvale. read more

Do not do any school fundraisers at this location!! We had our cheer fundraiser here and it was packed in there from several parents and family members from our school... The employee told SEVERAL parents that there was no need to mention the school to get the 20% it was an all day thing and it would go to the school! We made 33 dollars!! Huge mistake!
