The service is very good. Always smiles and hello at the door. I appreciate that. Whatever they clean with (perhaps Simple Green?) smells strong and I can't stand it. So I try to sit outside. The maybe is about the yogurt itself. It's not creamy like Yogurtland is known for. Only vanilla and chocolate are creamy. Everything else is on the icy side. I used to love yogurt land especially this location as it is so close to my home. One of the reasons I liked it was its novelty. I would look forward to new limited edition flavors and I would sample them to see which was the best. I made a point to always switch it up every time that I went. I tried to do the same thing again this time except there were no samples, so I gambled on the new mint flavor. It tasted nothing like I thought it would and I ordered a lot. I ended up throwing out my cup. The joy of trying all of the new yogurt land flavors has vanished and part of the appeal of yogurt has been ruined for me. Yogurt land wants me to blame other customers for the loss of yogurt land's novelty rather than to take responsibility. If you look at the various signs they posted throughout the store (and which I have attached) they state that they are discontinuing samples because customers are "abusing" these samples. The store already limited customers to two sample cups, does it consider people sampling without purchasing to be abuse? How much could a small sample of yogurt be? A few cents? Throughout all of my visits I saw a kid "abuse" the sample policy once. He filled one sample cup to the point that it almost overflowed and neglected to fill a second one. A yogurt land manager meanly scolded the boy. This was while his parents his older sister (and eventually the boy) had just purchased four large yogurts. The family appeared to be upset after the incident, i would not be surprised if they didn't come back. Maybe, if the store wants to be more profitable it could gain more loyal customers by working on its company culture, and fostering an environment where the management does not hate kids (their main customers) and instead focuses on providing a satisfactory customer service experience rather than pitting customers and workers against each other. Yogurt land's espoused values are love, joy, and hope. The company is supposed to value community. The actions at this chain are far removed from these values. Maybe the store could be more profitable if customers didn't leave disgusted by seeing mold in the popping boba, or tasting kiwis that are teetering between over-ripe and rotten. Maybe if the store put the water container back in the corner, let people have samples, and focused on providing service rather than penny pinching (while charging premium prices), their profits could grow. read more

My daughter whose 7 years young and I went here after shopping at Ralph's and her gymnastics class. In the past I want that impressed with the service however, this visit was awesome customer service. A young beautiful lady by the name of Juliana, was very helpful and courteous in assisting us. She was polite and welcomed us with a huge smile. The ice cream if course was fabulous. Who ever owns this franchise at this location, please take note of what an exceptional employee you have. This place is very inconsistent. First they don't carry Chocolate during summer and their answer is they have a distribution problem. That was the answer last year, same this year. Not many selections like they usually have. Many spots were empty with no yogurt in the machine. This location has eliminated all variations of vanilla yogurt which I thought was a bit odd. The one vanilla flavor they do have is what they call vanilla ice cream. This ice cream became very watery very quickly. I thought this was a bit odd. I also got the coconut yogurt which held up better than the ice cream. I've always enjoyed the many yogurt flavors, but today they didn't have a lot to choose from. My family and I decided to get Yogurtland as it had been a while since we had gone due to COVID. We were hoping that Yogurtland would be following safety protocols during this time and I was very disappointed to see that one of the staff members chose when to wear her mask. Whenever someone walked in without a mask the staff followed by not wearing hers either. I am very shocked to see that they were actually allowing customers to come in WITHOUT a mask. It's not fair for those of us who were just trying to enjoy our favorite ice cream spot and wanted a safe setting to be able to enjoy it. We were wearing our masks and then a family came in without a mask and we instantly felt uncomfortable and unsafe. It is mandated by our state to wear a mask! When it comes to Froyo, I think Yogurtland is one of the best when it comes to taste, selection and prices. I've been to this location many times in the past before COVID, however today after finally coming back I was so disgusted I had to walk out before even getting my yogurt. Immediately upon entering I noticed several teenagers not wearing masks and the staff clearly had no desire to enforce the mandated regulation on them. One teen without a mask walked in and wandered around the shop until coming to the counter and asking for a sample cup but was denied because that's apparently the only COVID protocol they are following. While standing in line I noticed that no employees were sanitizing after all the customers using the dispensers, nor were any hand sanitizer or gloves provided. Another teen in front of me actually scooped his hand on the yogurt nozzle and licked his fingers under his mask. I was so appalled I immediately walked out of the store. I will be elevating my complaints to the local health department and I do hope this location is shut down until they learn to comply with state and local guidelines because what I witnessed was utterly inexcusable. After looking at the other recent reviews this is clearly a recurring issue. Sad. read more

We arrived to the store around 8.30 the employees were busy closing the shop and turning the machines off. They didn't care that there was 30 minutes left before closing The yogurt itself was horrible, beyond bad. The flavor was completely lacking, the consistency was watery and they were out of most flavors. The fruit was rotten and brown on all sides. I think the yogurt is good although the viscosity of the yogurt is never consistent. My major gripe is that the owner consistently removes chocolate and vanilla yogurt flavors in order to try new flavors. Now why would you remove 2 of the most popular flavors in order to try new flavors? At least remove a non popular flavor. I got my yogurts and asked the young woman for a topping and she was very rude with her response. The young man welcomed me and rang me up, he was friendly. But I was very put off while he was ringing me up the young woman showed him another picture of a young female again in barley anything.
