I've eaten here a few times. Always a pretty typical experience for a frozen yogurt shop. They have a good, ever evolving, rotation of flavors and they have a wide array of toppings. I went back to this place for the first time during COVID-19 and I was glad to see they had made some changes for sanitation/safety concerns. They offer gloves and sanitizer for the self-serve options but of course most people didn't use them. Anyways, ice cream is still better, but this is a nice shop with good employees. read more

Went in tonight around 8:30 to get some froyo. There was an out of service sign on the vanilla side but not on the rich chocolate side (so it looks like the vanilla was out of order but not the chocolate). My boyfriend went ahead and pressed down a little bit of the chocolate, but it came out liquid. Then, a worker with reddish dyed hair on the short and stubby side came out and gestured my boyfriend to step back and said with a rude tone "the machines are off." My boyfriend tried to explain to her that he misunderstood since the sign was only on one side and thought it meant that one flavor was out of service. She again said "no. both sides are off." with a gross attitude. I stood there shocked as she proceeds to gestured us to move else where. I love this yogurtland location! I go here all the time, and the service is really good. You can't go wrong with frozen yogurt, and they have a ton of great toppings to pick from. My friends and I went for $5 fill-up, and filled up our cups to the top for only $5!! They only do this deal on certain days, so I would definitely recommend going if you have the chance! read more

Yay. Yoghurtland. People say froyo and I say Yoyo Yoghurtland. Its a chain. It can be boring. It has the same flavors all the time. All this I think Is missing the point. Yoghurtlands froyo is great. The flavors vary depending upon the location. But this one is great. They keep changing things. It's close to School. It's happening. It's not expensive and its froyo. They do have season specials. And lay time I checked the staff was cool. They usually have 10 flavors and most of the toppings you would wish for. I have been to many in California but this one is really a good outlet. If youre looking for froyo and say no to this then you're expecting a custom froyo and don't want to pay the price for it too. read more

This is my favorite yogurtland location. You may be thinking "its frozen yogurt from a machine, shouldn't it be the same at every location?" And the answer is yes but it isnt. The staff here is always so friendly and welcoming and I have not experienced that at the other locations. I swear, it makes the yogurt taste better. I get the chocolate and vanilla and get some hot fudge on the vanilla and mini m&ms on the chocolate side. Sometimes i spring for an oreo cookie- sans the cream filling and it's always delicious. One thing that confuses me is that some days I go in and my total is $2 and other days its $8. I am not a huge sweets person these days, so I dont get much but I'm often surprised at how expensive it ends up being. I'm pretty consistent with how much I get as well. My bowl is NEVER over halfway full because I know I cant handle that much yogurt. Oh well, prices aside, if you're gonna get yogurtland, get it at this location. read more

I love coming here! I live very close to this place (like 3 blocks), so it is very convenient. Since it is gradually getting warmer and warmer, I hope to come here more often. When choosing which yogurt I want, it depends on what mood I am in. So, I really can't say I favorite froyo. As for topping, I love love love the frosted animal crackers!! They are sooooo great by themselves, but added to froyo, it is a match made in heaven. If I get any chocolate froyo, I will get the chopped peanuts. I also like those little red things, not sure what they are called, that like burst when you bite into them. One thing that is a bit negative is the price. I love this place! My all time favorite ice cream place in BR. It is very nicely priced and they have great ice cream flavors! I always am shocked to see my total because it's always under $4! The tart flavor is good with boba and the chocolate flavor is good with almonds and chocolate shell! My all time favorite is the taro! I think taro is the best flavor, and I don't know why, but it's just so good! I wish you could get big containers of ice cream because I would buy containers of taro! Right around the corner from my apartment, and not sure why this was my first visit there. I went around 9:30 at night and it was really busy! I love frozen yogurt, and their design and layout was pretty good. It did get a little crowded around the frozen yogurt but that is to be expected. I tried a few different flavors and then went with the chocolate milkshake flavor ,which tasted just like a frosty! and topped it off with every chocolate candy they had- kit kats, reeses, butterfinger, oreo... I went in because a coupon came in the mail, though I forgot to bring it with me when I came in (they let me use one that the store had on hand). It is pretty standard fare for a frozen yogurt place. I got half cheesecake and half chocolate milkshake with lots of toppings. There are a good number of toppings, and according to the website, the fruit is all hand-cut in store. The price wasn't too bad either -- it seemed right on par with what you would spend at Red Mango or any other chain froyo place. Unlike most yogurt places here, I tried to think of something negative about Yogurtland but with its batty, fun flavors I just can't. Yogurt places have exploded in Baton Rouge over the past few years. I've been to all of them except that yogurt food truck, and Yogurtland is my favorite. To me, it seems pretty hard to mess up self serve yogurt. Everyone seems to have roughly the same type of interior and there's a huge crossover in terms of flavors and toppings. So the question becomes what can a place do to stand out? Well, this place brings it pretty hard in terms of innovative, memorable flavors. Guava pinapple tart? Blue lychee bliss? Peppermint Hot Cacao? Yes please. Meanwhile, I'd take a rough guess and say 70% of the places here are barely getting past cookies and cream. They have really fun campaigns too. For a month or so they pimped out Sanrio mascots with different characters on the spoons. At the moment, they are switching out two holiday-ish flavors every week, which is a fast turn around. Their toppings are only slightly more unique than the competition but better is better. read more

They have new flavor rotations every couple of months to keep it fresh and their permanent flavors like Mexican hot chocolate are solid. I can confidently say that Yogurtland ranks among the best and has the greatest selection of flavors and toppings. The revolving selection of yogurt flavors is wonderful (I especially loved their international flavors promotion) and their toppings are unmatched (ripe and not raw fresh mango, kiwi, and berries, boba bubbles, frosted animal crackers...). They even have an app where you can check available flavors and enter contests as well as look at nutrition information. I've tried many different flavors and I'm really not sure which one I like best because they're all really good and unique! The toppings are friggin' amazing... This is by far the best yogurt I've ever tried! It is very flavorful and the decor is nice. The description of each flavor is pretty detailed. The yogurt also hold its thickness/softness without melting too fast like the other yogurt joints. Whoever is in the BR area should definitely try it. I hope they open one in New Orleans soon!
