Crazy owner, and bad yogurt. Used to work in the Bel-Air next to this place and the owner came in and got in my face about their review I wrote. I mean really in my face, honestly if it wasn't on the clock I would have lost it on this creep. His yogurt is about as shitty as his attitude. So since I don't work there anymore I can say something. People would always ask or want to get yogurt at Bel-Air on lunch and stuff. Wow, that was so much better than all of those franchise chains. There were about 6 flavors of yogurt, but they must be in rotation because there were some more flavors offered in the freezer as discounted to-go cups. I love that they offer a small waffle bowl :] You're literally surrounded by toppings - fruits, nuts, candies, cereal, and syrups. The pricing is a steal! It's no wonder why every seat was taken on a Saturday night... I should also mention that there were more seats available than other yogurt places. Been coming since the opening in 2011, I was so happy to find out that a yogurt shop had open in antelope considering we didn't have one yet. I can't emphasize how amazing the customer service, really sweet people. I love this yogurt place. They have my favorite flavor cake batter. I actually enjoy that they have a 8 solid flavors it beats to having to stand there for hours choosing which to pick. They have a great amount of selection for toppings from fresh fruits, sweets, nuts, chocolates, syrups and other standard toppings. I usually go for strawberry, blueberries and kiwi with tons of Mochi!!! The place is very clean, and has maintained it that way . So happy we then here in antelope! And on another note the location is perfect considering after I go to the gym it's just a walks a way. read more

You need to try this place!!!! Seriously some of the best frozen yogurt I've ever had, and I've had a lot of frozen yogurt. I had the blackberry and sour fruit with absolutely amazingly fresh strawberries and some of their other toppings. They have about 10 different yogurt flavors, I tasted 3 all of them were so fresh. I don't know how they make their yogurt, its posted on the wall near the door, but honestly save the scientific stuff for someone else, all I care about is the flavor. If you're a topping whore, this place will make you very happy. Everything imaginable and unimaginable you can pile on your yogurt. Alright if that wasn't enough to make you run to Yogurt Time, consider this. The place is nice and casual, the staff are friendly and every time I turned around they were cleaning a table recently vacated. My sons school has fundraisers here often and they donate a portion of the sales of that day to the school. They have a wide variety of frozen yogurt flavors and always have atleast 1 non dairy option. Even during busy times the line moves fast. The employees are always friendly. This place is so disgusting. I saw the lady in front of me lick her fingers then proceeded to touch all of the knobs. Then she went over and touched the spoons to scoop up the toppings. Then she walked over to the register and picked her fingers in front of the employees and pumped caramel and chocolate into her bowl. The employees did not say anything to her. When I brought it to their attention, they did nothing and did not bother to change out the spoons or sanitize the knobs. How many people's saliva are on those knobs? Disgusting. read more

Been here several times now as it is very close to my daughter's swim lessons. Every time it was clean and there were different yogurts available. The staff is nice and the toppings are really good. What I would change is maybe music on the TV and not an episode of "Twilight" I felt it was inappropriate for a family place and not the best thing for a 3 year old to look up and see (the sexual scene). This is my go to yogurt shop for the last 5 years and today was an awful experience. My gf asked the girl if she had tried a flavor and the girl did not even answer just gave her a head nod and was silent then paused and says "it refreshing". Then I told her what flavor i wanted and she goes how full would you like it i proceeded to tell her to the top and she rolls her eyes and walks off to fill my cup up. I then asked her coworker why her coworker rolled her eyes at me and the other girl proceeded to shout "i did not" me and my gf both saw her roll her eyes and she gave us all this attitude from the start. I spoke to someone who was "in charge" and asked her about her employee and she said that the girl had just got to work. The girl then threw my yogurt in the trash can dramatically and walked off. I don't care if she just got to work there was no need for her to give us all her attitude. If you don't want to work then go home. A true Antelope gem! I've loved coming to this place ever since high school (7+ years), not sure why I've never written a review. They always have had an exceptional selection when it comes to yogurt flavors and toppings, but I'm especially thankful now for their non-dairy options. I love how fresh their fruit always is and how many choices they have (mango, strawberries, blueberries, KIWI, pineapple, etc). They literally kill it on the toppings, with plenty of choices for everyone! The establishment itself is always so clean and I love seeing the familiar and always kind faces of the employees. Quality of yoghurt is outstanding, all toppings were very fresh. Very clean inside, better than big spoon in Roseville. However one downfall is location is not nearly as good as fountains plaza. But price is cheaper than big spoon so will defiantly come back here. Location is what keeps me from making 5 stars. read more

Sad little Antelope with very little choice of food (RIP Marble Slab) is in dire need of neat little places. B. OMG Captain Crunch is a topping C. You can get as much or as little as you want D. Pretty good. I must admit that my yogurt obsession has been dwindling since the cupcake craze has taken over, however I always enjoy good tart yogurt with fruit. Stopped by here on a Saturday night and I'm glad it was still open at 10 PM. The tart was good but the bite I had of my cousin's dutch chocolate was even better! Shoulda went the chocolate route with some Andes mint chips. I like that they had fresh fruit for toppings options. Well played Yogurt Time.... This place is awesome. You start your journey by picking whatever size cup you want, even a waffle option. Then, to the Yogurt. They serve up 10 different varieties at one time, so you ate sure to find something you like. The cake batter is great. Then, off to the toppings bar. I would guess that there are atleast 50-60 toppings to choose from. Many fresh fruits, chocolates, caramels and sauces. Even warm brownie pieces and cookie dough. After you are done, you weigh it out and pay. For 3 larges, I only paid $11! What a deal. Overall, I highly recommend this Yogurt shop. 5 stars! read more

I love this place! I adore frozen yogurt and follow this place on FB so I know when they change their flavors, which is often. The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. This place is kept nice and clean which is awesome since dirty restaurants are a pet peeve of mine. This is a family owned operation which is another big reason I support this place. This is a run of the mill frozen yogurt shop. They have a good selection of toppings and multiple flavors of frozen yogurt to select from. Try the peanut butter flavored frozen yogurt if you get a chance! Plenty of seating inside and a few tables outside. Staff is friendly and normally isn't very busy. I have seen this shop for a little while now and thought I'd finally take the plunge and try it after seeing all of the great reviews here and since I adore fro yo! Wow, this place is so nice and clean (and they don't skimp on the AC on a 100 degree day!) and the staff is super friendly. The artwork on the walls is truly beautiful, too! The yogurt selection is amazing and don't get me started on the toppings---they are plentiful and amazing! I stuck with the cookie dough and get this---peaut butter cookie dough (who does this?) to put on top of my yummy creation! It was amazingly good and I could tell there was something different about the cookie doughs--they were freshly made! I asked the girl behind the counter and she confimed that she made them fresh. OMG! Who does that? Usually when you get cookie dough from other establishments it is hard and you can tell the yogurt shop buys it from somewhere, but not this place! Oh, and the price isn't bad either for what you get. Needless to say, I think I found my new obsession and it is so close to home! Meh. Yogurt Time has fewer flavors of frozen yogurt than most places and the ones they have just aren't very good. They aren't horrible, they're just not at all memorable. There are no fruity or unique flavors of yogurt in their selection. They just have heavy flavors like cookies and cake. The sugar-free cheesecake flavor doesn't taste like cheesecake and is remarkably bland. The yogurt was a bit softer than it seemed like it should be; it wasn't quite frozen enough. They were also out of almost all of the fruit toppings except two, one of which came out of a can. The place seemed a little dirty or run-down. They weren't terrible but there are so many good frozen yogurt places around that there's really no reason for me to go back. read more

I have been a fairly regular customer ( with the grandkids) at this store, but no more. I was treated extremely rudely today by the young man who disappeared before he was finished serving us, and then started accusing me of trying to steal something even though I'd already paid. Horrible way to treat anyone and especially a grandmother with 3 young children in tow. I notice on this page that I'm not the only one who has received poor customer service here.
